Thank you Ignite Pyrotechnics Ltd- Great work and amazing display for Llandudno Town Council

That’s a wrap for the 2024 Llandudno Fireworks Display! Thanks as always to Llandudno Town Council and Llandudno Pier for organising and supporting the event in every way possible. The show took several months to design and prepare. Our team of 15 connected over 1100 effects using 2 miles of wire on the day. The display was distinctly European in design, and featured fireworks imported from Italy and Spain. One of the Directors Richard Harwood is pictured with a 200mm Italian star shell used in the finale sequence. This year’s display is dedicated in loving memory of Richard’s wonderful mum Betty Louise Harwood. ❤️

FIREWORKS PRESS RELEASE 2024

Llandudno Town Council was delighted to be able to hold its spectacular fireworks display on Sunday 3rd November 2024, on Llandudno’s North Shore beach. Crowds lined the Promenade from the Pier to Craig y Don to watch the amazing display.

The Mayor of Llandudno, Cllr M A Pearce said “I hope that everyone enjoyed this year’s fantastic fireworks display. It was the best we have ever had and the response from the crowds was amazing. I wish to thank all involved for all their hard work in putting on such a successful event”

Cllr Carol Marubbi Chairman of the Town Council’s Fireworks Sub Committee said “On behalf of the Town Council, I would like to thank the Councillors, Town Council staff, volunteer collectors, Conwy County Borough Council Events and ERF teams and all involved in putting on such a fantastic display. Particular thanks go to Adam Williams of Llandudno Pier for his generous support in providing all the machinery and manpower to ensure that the event goes ahead and to Ignite Pyrotechnics for putting on such a fabulous show. Without all the stakeholders working together, this annual major event would not be able to take place”

We would like to thank the public for turning out to support this major event once again.
