Wondering what happens at one of our Community Camping and Healing Gatherings?

🌿 So many of us are looking for a different way.
A different way to live,
a different way to be,
a different way to eat, and
a different way to heal.

🌿 We will only be running our Herbal Remedies for home healing (Learn how to create your own Apothecary) workshop once this year, from 9th-11th August. This unique event will take place on our beautiful 20-acre meadow and woodland in Mynyddcerrig, South West Wales.

Imagine being able to step outside your door and gather ingredients to make a soothing herbal tea or create remedies to support your immune system through the changing seasons. This is what our workshop offers.

Medicine Walk with Morgan Claire Beenham

Your invited to connect with the elements and nature, to become still and go on a internal journey through what your body is holding and allow release and transformation.

We will walk in contemplation and connection, with sounds of the drum beat and rattles, offering gratitude and grounding our beings, to restore stillness.

Morgan states 'my whole life I have been healing bringing energy transformations when people are ready to opening and deepen connection.

These energy transmissions are healing activations assisting with releasing ties, blocks trauma clearing, spiritual upgrades and deep healing.

I often work with people who are already healers and those awakening on their spiritual path.

I work with my guides and may use my drum, voice and universal energy to help you clarify your intention and support where you are on your journey.'

Here's one of our activities aimed at our teenage guests for our April Awakened Camping and Healing Weekend Gathering

Paula Caroline will be working with our older children and teens over the course of the weekend, teaching basic photography skills using their phones.

They will learn about lighting and composition, while getting creative with lots of fun tasks and plenty of opportunity to capture images; then following up with some creative editing if they want to get arty with what they have captured.

Starting with an introduction workshop, this will be a very hands on experience throughout the whole weekend for those who are willing to get involved and give it a go.
No previous skills required, just a camera phone and the enthusiasm to explore their own creativity.

Paula will be guiding, and supporting them by setting a variety of tasks covering different subject matter that will be decided with input from the kids themselves.

There are so many subjects that can be covered including portraits, groups, animals & insects, still life, landscape, reportage, events, and of course selfies!

They will be encouraged to step out of their comfort zones, to give them all a sense of pride in what they are doing with their photo taking and sone of the best work they produce from the weekend will be uploaded and shared with parents and families here in the Awakened Weeekend facebook group.

If you have older children coming along, this will be a great way to give them something to keep them interested and focused, with an end result to help with self esteem and pride in the creativity and tangible work they are able to produce and share.

Awakened Adults only Weekend

The Awakened Camping and Healing Gatherings were created at a time when the 2 meter rule was still being enforced in establishments and in public spaces.
At a time when it seemed everyone but you was wearing a mask.
When your friends of years suddenly turned their backs on you because you didn't just blindly believe what you were told.
It was a time when hugging was still forbidden and social interaction discouraged.

It was watching this taking place around our family that made me ask David when our purchase went through in Llanelli if we could create a space where people could come together and hug each other.
A place where people could come and feel the connection that had been missing for over a year without fear of being reported.
A place where people who all believed it was the greatest con and social conditioning of the 21st century could come together and talk freely.
Where there was no demand to have a gun pointed at your forehead, no negative result demanded and no track and trace in place.

I spoke to my amazing Healer friends Helena Eagles, Scotty Leigh Janney, Larissa Astara Gray and Jodie Pritchard and asked whether they would like to join us and run a healing workshop.

So began our 1st Awakened Camping and Healing weekend. Amazingly Dave pulled it all together in 7 weeks. He created place for us all to come together on what was sheep fields, overgrown and neglected wilderness compost toilets and a place to cook in.

And 40 people who we had never met before trusted us and joined us for the most amazing weekend of connections and finding their tribe. Many who came, who were feeling so lost, left us with a new group of friends.

Many have told us that these Gatherings have been the place where there healing began, where they began their road to recovery, where they finally found a place of love and acceptance. Its been the place that's help them together, that showd them they wernt alone and that there's many people who love and support them.

Our magical land now holds a special place in so many hearts, both adults and children's.

We've grown in each of our subsequent Gatherings, both in ourselves as we learn more about holding this safe space for beings and also in the logistics of running large events.

And each weekend has grown in size as beings return for that connection and others join us through word of mouth and recommendations.

We thought that we would start again in April 2023 but that really is such a long time to wait to feel that friendship, love and safe space so we've again listened to our tribe and created our January Awakened camping and healing weekend because there really isn't many meet ups or weekends going on in the winter months.

We have two more weekends 28th - 30th April Awakened Camping and Healing Weekend Gathering Gathering and 23rd -25th June Awakened Camping and Healing Weekend Gathering .

We have also created an Adults only Awakened Weekend 13th - 16th July for those who would like a weekend child free.

And our Awakened camping and healing Gathering 22nd - 27th August is our 6 day event at a more relaxed pace.

We still have no extra charge for campervans or parking, children are still free upto the age of 16, well behaved dogs are welcome, we offer hot showers for all, all healing and learning workshops, activities, walks and talks are included and for 2023 we will have organic communal cooking with everyone having the option to eat together.

I really can't wait to see what 2023 brings for Dave and I and we are honoured that so many of you have chosen to spend your time with us

Something new for our January Awakened camping and healing weekend in Llanelli, Wales that I'm really looking forward to.

Our lovely Linda Johnrose is sharinging over 30 years of experience practice and over 25 years of teaching to bring us her Yinidra Meditation using Yin Postures to relax your body and then uses Yoga Nidra to relax your body and mind.

There is then option to sit up or stay lying down for Antar Mouna meditation - guiding you away from sense attachment/stimulation to your inner silence

There seems to be no festivals around during winter time and it seems so long to wait til April so we have created a January date for our Awakened Camping and Healing weekends in Llanelli, Wales.

Come and join us for connection, healing and unconditional love Friday 13 - 15th January 2023

We have healing, self development and reflection, foraging, Bushcraft and crafting workshops for both adults and children as well as a warm campfire and music.

You can stay in your campervan, tent if your a hard-core campers or we have very limited space in our woodland bunk houses.
