💛 Love, Hope & Kindness 💛
The kindness people have shown has truly overwhelmed me, even as I navigate so much sadness right now. The last four days have been some of the hardest—physically and mentally—but I know I wouldn’t have gotten through them without my incredible team, friends, family, and some very special people.
Today, I won’t be answering my phone (unless it’s an emergency). My time will be spent with my family, sitting and holding my mother’s hand—probably crying, but also making sure to find moments of laughter with my beautiful daughter and husband.
I still have hope—because sometimes, that’s all we can do. 💛
Next time you see someone struggling or being pushed in a wheelchair, please don’t look away or cross the road because it’s easier. That person is someone, and they—or their loved ones—are likely facing challenges greater than you realize. A small act of genuine kindness could make a world of difference to them.
To those who have reached out, offered help, and stood by me—thank you. To the two Charlottes (but definitely not the one you might think), Katy, Cath, Julie, Nicola, Thea, my cousin Sally (who is more like a sister), Nikki at Parc Le Breos and your wonderful team, Katie from Katie Richards Photography for your kindness, and of course, my husband Greg for all the running around—you have all lifted me when I needed it most.
To everyone who has sent kind messages, I am so grateful. 💕
So, whoever the mother figure is in your life, hold them close and cherish your time together. Because no matter how hard things feel, they could get even harder.
Love, Hope & Kindness to you all. 💛✨
