✨Seller showcase✨ Rosies handspun and socks

Rosemary spins and dyes much of her own wool, making quality hand knitted garments such as shawls, scarves, jumpers and gloves. Her socks are made on a vintage sock knitting machine using commercial sock wool and alpaca.

Huge thanks to Lizzy Walker for giving a really interesting history talk about local women and their land last night. Such alot of work had gone into her research and it was delivered with an obvious passion for the topic. DIOLCH!
Lizzy’s talk next week is postponed, so will not be going ahead.

You're invited to our Celebration Event, taking place on Friday November 1st! ✨

Come and join us, from 10am, to celebrate all of the wonderful activities that have been taking place over the past year and network with other learners and organisations who have supported our projects.

You will have the opportunity to take part in a range of free activities, see demonstrations from community groups and join in certificate presentations. Activities such as sports and crafts will be available throughout the day for children, plus free refreshments provided.

We would love for you to join us at what is going to be a fantastic day. Booking places for our planned activities is essential or if you are just looking to pop in on the day, General Admission tickets can be booked also.

Steady progress on our fundraising campaign to achieve match-funding for the Calon Pentredwr project. We've topped £1000 thanks to generous donations from the community.

We want to enhance our outdoor space to run workshops, improve disabled access, hold outdoor events and just be able to enjoy the unique surroundings. To do that, we need to make the playground retaining walls safe. We also want to build a deck area, a new storage shed, and a covered outdoor work area. We hope to top this all off with some outdoor furniture.
