Private Pizza Parties.
This is one we did in Aberdyfi last night at a private residence. 40 guests enjoying a casual but quality dining option over drinks and a beautiful view.

We can offer this for anything from 30ppl - 100+ ppl. Any location (so long as we can park up nearby).
From £20pp but discount available on bigger numbers.
Great for a party!

A beautiful morning of event prep. Meeting at venue to finalise plans then over to the butchers to collect alot of Lamb.
Kiddies first day at school today 😭 but I've certainly put the morning to good use!

Hi folks. Just a reminder we will be at Ynysymaengwyn Caravan and Camping Park tomorrow evening! Serving from 5pm. CASH ONLY. The signal just won't work for the card machine unfortunately.
Back to the positives - we have new flavours of pizzas. We're very excited about these to be served alongside the usual pepperoni etc pizzas.

Lamb, Leek and Brie

Tandoori chicken, Bhaji and mint Yoghurt drizzle

Spinach, Mushroom, walnut and Stilton.

The heavily requested MEAT FEAST with smokey bacon, garlic sausage, chicken and BBQ sauce.

We will also have desserts back on. IM MAKING TRIFLE!! More specifically Bramble Gin Trifle!

Pizza night is underway at Ynysymaengwyn Caravan and Camping Park. We will be serving till 9pm (last orders 8:30) or till we sell out of pizza. Whichever comes first!
A variety of fresh pizzas including cajun chicken and beef bricket with blue cheese. Then lemon posset topped with raspberry coulis, meringue and shortbread.

We will be at Ynysymaengwyn Caravan and Camping Park (next to the park) this Wednesday evening. 5pm - 9ish. No need to pre-order. Just turn up and we'll get your pizza freshly made and served as quickly as possible. Let the kids play in the park or bring yourself a drink while you wait.

A nice simple dinner this evening. Chicken breast with summer vegetable orzo then followed by a lemon meringue cheesecake. Plus those gorgeous in season strawberries.

Something abit different different to post about this morning.
I've popped over to Tywyn to visit Morawel LL36 to pick up some new herbs for our ever growing collection. Elin (the owner) was hugely knowledgeable and generous with her advice and time to talk about the various plants/uses/growing needs etc. All UK grown by the way.

It is soooo refreshing to have more variety available locally. I cannot wait to let these establish then think of some lovely uses for these brilliant little plants.

Bore da pawb!

So I'm back. We've cleared up from the very successful yoga retreat over the weekend and I am now back at the laptop. We've had an extraordinary number of enquiries over the last week. Madness!
So over today and tomorrow I will be following up on as many of those as possible.

Tonight dinner was a Butternut Squash, Parsnip and Mushroom Duxelle Wellington with heritage carrots, Greens, Tenderstem, Roasties, Celeriac and Leek Gratan and Root Veg Puree.
Following by the humble Apple Crumble and Custard.

All entirely Vegetarian, Gluten free and Wheat free plus Lactose Free for one guest.

Nick and Mair are up by the Park at Ynysymaengwyn Caravan and Camping Park but they are just the two musketeers tonight so things might take a little longer than usual. We'll inform you of wait time as you order so you can go get a drink and come back when it's almost ready. We'll be as quick as we can 🙂

Tomorrow night is our last evening at Ynysymaengwyn Caravan and Camping Park for a few weeks as we're fully booked with lots of functions throughout June.
Tomorrow we have pizza topped with Slow cooked and shredded Beef Brisket drizzled with Blue Cheese sauce. We also have homemade Lemon Posset with Raspberry and Shortbread. Yum.
We'll serve from 5 (earlier if we can) till 8ish. We are one member of staff down tomorrow so it may take us a little longer than usual but we will inform you upon ordering of wait time so you can go enjoy a drink/relax rather than standing around.

Hello everyone! Nick, Jamie and Mair will be back out with Gwril the truck tomorrow for another "pop-up" pizza night at Ynysymaengwyn Caravan and Camping Park. Serving up our sourdough pizza's with homemade cheesecakes too nom nom nom.
We will be there 5pm - 8ish (or sold out).
Come along and enjoy something tasty.
Once the cheesecakes are gone then they are gone till next time as we wont have time to make any more.

Hello everyone! Bore da!
So we have been away the last week. We had a cancellation and grabbed the opportunity to go for a pretty spontaneous trip away to the Lake District.
We are now home and I will be catching up work emails/messages/invoicing. As of next week we're booked every weekend throughout June so it's going to be a busy one!
