Private Cooking 🧑‍🍳 in Gullane Saturday 23rd November

I drove my van through the snow that covered the streets of Fife

I avoided the Crossing Bridge and Edinburgh bypass by taking the long way around but more drivable

I served the Family that hired me for this service and at about midnight I was in my bed

Exhausted but happy and tranquil that I made my promise to show up no matter what!!

Often, My clients ask me how I make my tomato sauces, whether it is with Chorizo or With King Prawns or Just Like it is in this video.

Here is How I make it

Sometimes, it depends on the Purpose, I'll blitz it, and make it very smooth, and again, based on Purpouses, sometimes I'll cook more, which means that The taste, in the end, will still be good but different than when I cook it quickly like in this video.
