🛑Important Change 🛑

After a lot of discussion and debating. I have taken the decision to close the shop premises and work from home. A lot of factors both personal and business are involved in this decision but the rising costs of the overheads is a large one.
To be able to still provide quality arrangements to our loyal customers without huge price increases this is what I feel is the best for the business.
There will be some slight changes, all orders will need to be made over the phone (number will remain the same) or through social media.
All orders which would usually be collected will be delivered to the buyer and any funeral and wedding flower arrangements can be done in the above ways or I can make a home visit to discuss your requirements.
More updates will follow so please keep and eye out but I am looking at the final day of work in the shop being Saturday 29th June.

From tea for two for sisters… to ex para tributes…. To the dark side of the moon (if you know…. you know). Our wee van has had a face lift to match the renovations of the shop. So pleased with how it turned out and would highly recommend Premier Engraving and Signs in Glenrothes. This is the second time we have worked with them and again have produced exactly what we envisioned if not better 🌷🌷🌷 🥰

🌷🌷COMPETITION 🌷🌷We finally have our page back up and running. Apologies to anyone that’s been trying to get in touch with us, we have had a little trouble with our page 👎🏻 on the bright side, we now have an Instagram page to follow aswell which will be regularly updated with our competitions and new exciting changes that are coming soon. So to kick us off we have made up a beautiful aqua pack of a dozen lilac roses that can be won and delivered or collected tomorrow. All you have to do is share this post and comment who you believe the lucky recipient should be. It’s a quick one and you only have until 9:00am tomorrow to get your entries in. GOOD LUCK 💓

Never in a million years did we think we would not be able to provide flowers for our customers at Valentine’s and now Mother’s Day 😔 two of our busiest times and two of the better occasions we work with, seeing the happiness brought to others faces with a simple gesture that lets them know someone is thinking about them and appreciates them ❤️ and that is how we feel today as I opened the mail to a nomination for Best Florist in Fife. After such a hard year and making the continually difficult decisions to do what’s best for us and our customers, I thank whoever you are. We are very humbled that someone has taken the time to nominate us in these times. Nothing may come of it but just know the nomination was enough 🥰 Fingers crossed for the 26th April. 🌹Unfortunately it is with deep sadness that after this weeks lockdown update we will not be able to provide all our loyal customers with Valentine’s flowers this year as we are classed as unessential. We have looked at different options but it is not something we feel we can provide from home at the level we would want to for our customers, and to open the shop would be too big a risk at the possibility of fines and also the health of our staff, families and customers. We are aware that some florists are continuing with Valentine’s Day and we wish them all the best, as for them and ourselves the goal is to get through this lockdown and be able to return to doing what we do best. For us at Fife flowers we want to continue to provide the service that Fife flowers has for the last 22 years and we hope you all understand we feel that this is how we will be able to do that. It is not a decision we have taken lightly and we hope it won’t be long before we see all our customers through the door again playing guess who under their masks 🤪😷Wishing you all love and good health through these difficult times ❤️
