Caravans are 6 berth with all facilities including Freeview TV, parking alongside vans, usual lets are Saturday to Saturday apart from some short term lets of 3 days min in quiet off peak times as available. Achmelvich is a safe clean white shell sand Beach, and the Caravans are sited about 100 metres from the Beach, it is very popular family holiday spot, with abundant; walking - fishing - sailin

g - boating - wildlife - birdwatching - relaxing and of course swimming and playing on the beach. Lochinver Village is 3 miles distant with all amenities, two small supermarkets, a ships chandlers, book / coffee shop, village cafe, petrol pumps, three restaurants, Mission cafe with proposed Marine Life Pool and Archive Room, harbour with slip etc., post office, gift shop, gallery, butchers, Medical Centre. Safety wise the area has Coastguard team, RNLI Lifeboat, Mountain Rescue, Fire Engine, Ambulance and cover from both Air Ambulance and Coastguard Helicopter.
