Yes, I know it's a bit early but these delightful locally sourced 'fool' (from Giddens & Thompson in Bungay) need converting into 'mingoob' - a cooked broad bean dish made with preserved lemon (homemade of course), garlic and a few other things - first found at the delightful Riad Les 3 Mages in Marrakesh circa winter 2008 - God bless you Najet...A xx

Well, what I thought was bacon turned about to be chicken (I should really get down to Specsavers!?) - anyway, found some herbs and garlic (skin on) - a la rustique! Classic French peasant cuisine... we'll see how it turns out??

Up early today roasting peppers - I added.chopped.garlic, homemade preserved lemons, hand-harvested.Moroccan salt (by me & Ahmed -.video.tomfollow..) and a spicy olive oil from Filippo Berio...

Quick way to use up any leftover lemons - the classic preserved lemon. Amazing with chicken, for next level deliciousness. Leave in fridge at least 6 weeks, longer the better!
