There are many companies out there looking for good reliable chefs.
If they offer you work and you accept please turn up and give 100% for the duration of the contract. Be honest and be fair.
However don't believe everything you hear because agents and those you're helping don't always treat you with the same respect you show them.
treat everyone fairly and honestly and you can at least walk away with your integrity intact.
