For breast cancer awareness month I am donating all proceeds (minus p&p) from postal brownie orders to Breast Cancer Now. Due to Covid and the restrictions, the number of cases diagnosed at a later stage have increased through missed appointments. Charities such a this one help women through their darkest days. Some cakes looks amazing but when you eat them, the sponge is dry and it’s not fulfilling. If you order a cake from me I can guarantee it will taste out of this world!! Dal Makhani or Tarka Dal.... both amazing dals but we all have one we prefer. Though I ❤️ dal makhani, slowly cooked for 24 hours for a rich deep intense taste (it’s perfect for special occasions) I do equally love tarka dal as an every day dal, with a lighter consistency.
