King prawn cocktail, Bloody Mary dressing, avocado purée, heritage tomatoes, baby gem lettuce, brioche croutons.

Aged fillet of beef, triple cooked chips, sprouting broccoli, carrot purée, red wine jus.

Lemon curd meringue tart, raspberry gel, ginger crumble, raspberry sorbet.

Goats cheese, heritage beets, pickled walnuts.
