THE Stuart Braithwaite from Mogwai who hosted our inaugural Burns Supper. There were pipes, haggis, poetry and dear Lord there was whisky.
The best night ever!! Thanks to everyone who came down, definitely doing it next year!! Now where’s the ibuprofen?

Not sure if you can tell from this pic but I’m pretty flipping thrilled to have spent the day working with the real Neil Rankin at the Collab. Still buzzing this morning. Woke up with a grin on my face for the first time in a while!! January has been pretty bleak so far but working with incredible people like can really give you a bump in the right direction. Thanks to everyone who came down and all the good people at the Collab. We’ve still got the mental but delicious tomato sour beer TOMATONOMICS we brewed with in December and some of the food we did is gonna stay on the specials board for a bit. GET OVER!!

We’re delivering breakfast from The Collab on Ubereats every Sat/Sun. And I’m not messing around. I’ve gone for some pretty spectacular Gloucester old spot sausage, proper Scottish smoked salmon, bagels from Gail’s, thick bacon from my butcher. It’s called MIMIS breakfast because the Most Important Meal IS….. also there’s a BOGOF for the first month. Ubereats only!

I don’t care how cold it is, it is now Spring. So cheer up and have a lamb burger!! I put a hint of cumin in the patty and paired it with some whipped feta with a little fresh mint. Some watercress (bang in season now folks) and a balsamic roast beetroot relish. Also trying out some sourdough rolls because why not? Ask for the LAMBURGINI from today for the whole of March.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!! Also here is our first ever Collab Collab. We hooked up with and put together a smashing vegan menu which will be running for the whole of Veganuary from today. The burger is called the SPICE ODYSSEY, it’s a spiced chickpea patty with SpiceBox Bhaji, garlic mayo, SpiceBox tamarind chutney, pickled onions and chillies. It’s available for delivery but to get the loaded fries and nuggz you need to make the trip. See you in a bit!!
