✨Arrive early to oversee the setup of the venue
✨Ensure that all vendors are on track and ready to go
✨Coordinating vendors arrival and setup times to ensure that everything is on schedule
✨Manage the processional and recessional
✨Ensure that the bridal party is ready and in position
✨Oversee the timing of events such as speeches, dances, and dinner service
✨Handle any unexpected issues that may arise, whether it's coordinating with the caterer for a food allergy or addressing a last-minute seating issue.
