No Computers devotees: don't forget to check out No Computers Bandcamp. Right now there's just one release: the thoughtfully-discerned highlights from our 2022 group improvisations (although one of these - No Computers 6 - was so wonderful that it was left totally intact !). 2023 will be up in due course and please - don't pay for this stuff, like our event it's totally free to listen!

Last weekend at No Computers 13: Robin Bale narrating the tiny green world of a snail + wacky electronics from Pete McPartlan, who was heroically subbing in for Nicola Woodham - we'll see her another time...! What a fine prelude to our first No Computers group improvisation of the year. Thanks to these Stokey locals and to all attendees!

Strange tales and spooky theremin from Laura Sampson and Sam Enthoven at chilly No Computers 12: after the depictions of floating heads and crocodiles by these two, we all warmed right up with a very kinetic group improvisation in the far-out doors! Thanks to all participants! See you in 2024 🪗 !

Fun with baby megaphones and spinning plates at the last No Computers. Thanks to our feature act WELLNESS REGIME for delivering the wellness to Stoke Newington on that fine Saturday afternoon!

Maggie Nicols and Gina Southgate yesterday at No Computers 10 - a raucous, unforgettable set as always by these two, followed by our open group improvisation which was a particularly inspiring one - lots of new faces and new discoveries! Until next time...

Bohman Brothers the other day at No Computers 9. An outrageous set with some major zingers! Thanks as always to all attendees - this was perhaps the most players and certainly the most soundmaking paraphernalia we've ever had in our open improvisation at the end. A lovely ruckus!

Mesmerising set from Newham Folk Archive at yesterday’s No Computers, featuring colourful fabrics, Dirty Father Thames and several heads of fresh cabbage! Thank you Adam and Shona and all the other players and attendees for a rousing afternoon 🥬

Some of the antics from Ivor and John at Sunday’s No Computers, an event which for various reasons nearly didn’t happen! Thanks to these two for a most amusing set, and participants of all ages who joined in the racket!
