Grateful for an amazing summer - still on cloud 9 after celebrating our Silver 25th Wedding Anniversary a few weeks ago with our family and closest friends - all who have been with us throughout our journey - it meant the World to have you with us as we thank you so much to everyone who came.

Probably one of the hardest events we’ve planned to date - a personal one - the pressure felt was immense when everyone knows your job but it was so lovely to see everyone enjoying themselves and to be a guest host at an event for a change 😂

WOW! What a weekend! Huge thanks goes to for a hosting a fabulous Devere FAM Safari for some of our Clients who were treated like royalty!

We kicked off Friday with Afternoon Tea on arrival at before heading over to by our own Chauffeur where we checked into our rooms for the night. We were then greeted with bubbles and canapés followed by a tour of the estate thank you Alice Norris. The scene was set for Murder over dinner in one of the stunning historic private dining rooms totally in keeping with the Deadly Auction theme - donning our detective skills to try and crack the culprit with thanks to superstar Emily Raffell and James Diment for looking after us!

After a leisurely breakfast on Saturday morning we headed over to for a show round followed by working for our lunch with the lovely Camilla Bailey, we put everyone’s pizza making skills to the test and came up with some gorgeous creations.
Saturday afternoon we returned back to and had a tour of the spaces on offer there before giving our guests some leisure and relax time to enjoy the facilities.
We met up again in the evening over yet more bubbles and canapés and enjoyed a brilliant cocktail making workshop which was so much fun and of course we made a Pink Grapefruit Martini - courtesy of

We ended on dinner in the 1705 Restaurant and a nightcap before bed!

Guests left Sunday on cloud 9! Thank you all so much for a such brilliant deVere Group showcase 💚

WOW! What a weekend! Huge thanks goes to Michael Yeung for a hosting a fabulous Devere FAM Safari for some of our Clients who were treated like royalty!

We kicked off Friday with Afternoon Tea on arrival at De Vere Beaumont Estate before heading over to De Vere Latimer Estate by our own Chauffeur where we checked into our rooms for the night. Let’s talk food! Food is such an important factor of an event therefore it’s crucial to give it the careful consideration is deserves when selecting your venue - it can literally make or break an Event!
Does the venue have a good reputation for its food offering, do they use seasonal and local produce where possible? Can they demonstrate their sustainability policy? These are all questions that as Event Planners we are programmed into asking and knowing.

A good Event Manager will work with their Clients to inspire, advise and guide them.
For a recent Client event with an 80’s theme we brainstormed popular food of the 80’s and came up with a menu to wet the Clients appetite and then we worked with the venue and Chefs to curate and design the menu giving it a 5 star twist - all as part of our Event Management service.
After the all important menu tasting and sign off the end result was fantastic themed food that looked visually beautiful and tasted incredible with nothing tacky in sight!

Just your average Monday and Tuesday! This week we took over for our Clients annual conference.

2 jam packed days full of business content followed by 2 evenings of floor filled fun!!

200 delegates were delighted with a chilled Speakeasy on Monday evening with some live jazz and lots of glamour.

On Tuesday night we took them back to the 80’s BIG TIME!! In less than 4 hours we transformed the Hotel ballroom from a full Conference set into their own 80’s nightclub complete with a VIP entrance, a 3D catwalk and dance floor, FAME dancers opening the night, disco balls galore with a bespoke DJ booth to match, branded neons, glitter walls and life size Barbie Box for their insta ops (can’t be shown due to NDA’s).

Quotes inspired by 80’s movies housed the inspired menu including Chicken Kiev, Beef Stroganoff and Mac & Cheese with a 5 Star twist.

A I 💜80’s Media wall aka Piccadilly Circus was home to the dessert bar - Black Forest Gateaux’s & Ferrero Rocher tower eat your heart out.
We managed to bring back Woolworths for a night with a whole heap of nostalgia and the infamous pick and mix 🍬

In a full on ‘ Arcade World’ corner guests enjoyed playing on Space Invaders, PAC MAN and Table Hockey.

And THEN….. there was GOLD by way of a very special surprise guest - Martin Kemp as DJ treating to them to their own almost mini pop concert the dance floor was rammed….

What an act to follow but our other DJ closed the night keeping the momentum going and the dance floor was not empty once!!

It was so lovely to see so many happy faces in their 80’s fancy dress having the best time which always reaffirms why we love what we do and the joy it brings!

When the Great British weather doesn’t play ball and your Clients planned Roof Top Networking Event has to move inside the office space!
- As Event Profs we always have to have a plan B so this isn’t anything new for us - obviously ensuring that any design plans intended for outside could work inside!

We love working with our Creative Partner who translate our vision into some fab ideas and stunning visuals which really helps bring the event to life - from creation to completion!

Last night our Clients hosted a Client Networking event for existing and new prospects in their new London Offices!

Guests were wowed with branded theming and decor, bespoke branded cocktails and delicious canapés whilst being entertained by several roaming acts - nothing could dampen the spirits not even the rain!

Throwing it back to last Friday in the glorious sunshine……A huge thank you to Avenue Sales and Marketing for a wonderful overnight FAM trip to the mitrehamptoncourt part of Signet Hotels

We enjoyed a fantastic boat trip on the Thames equipped with Whispering Angel, on such a gorgeous afternoon with some fellow Event Profs.

Followed by a showround and a lovely Alfresco dinner before retiring to King Henry VIII suite for the night.

The next day we were treated to tickets to Hampton Court Palace which can be offered as part of an Event programme what a fab little USP.

It was great to finally see and experience the Hotel which gives us ever more confidence in selling the property to our clients. The Mitre is a perfect little spot for your Leadership Meetings and Exclusive use buy outs.

Looking forward to seeing the rest of the growing collection soon!

We visited some beautiful venues, travelled by planes, boats and automobiles, ate in some
gorgeous restaurants and are fully armed to put together your next group or incentive program to Croatia!

Part 1

On Friday we hosted some of our lovely clients for a Safari FAM trip with Exclusive Hotels hotels

We kicked off Friday afternoon at Royal Berkshire with a Champagne Afternoon Tea in the sunshine followed by a Hotel show round.

Our guests were then taken to Pennyhill Park to check into their stunning rooms for a little down time before meeting at the bar for the most delicious Canapés and of course more bubbles.

Before dinner we went on a tour of Pennyhill and it was fantastic to see the brand newly refurbished event spaces that had just been completed that week - such a transformation!!

Dinner in The Hillfield Restaurant was a treat for all the senses - a Hyperlocal Restaurant where sustainability is at its heart - all produce comes from a 25 mile radius of the Hotel (with the exception of fish from the sea!)
The most incredible meal - was so good literally none of us could fit dessert in!! 😱
With one last cheeky cocktail nightcap in the bar before heading off to bed we all had a great evening!

Saturday was a day of leisure where our guests could enjoy Breakfast and relax in the glorious sunshine by the outdoor pool before heading off home completely relaxed!

Still on a high from last week - After months of planning we got to execute another huge project for our Client held at the stunning 5 Star Cameron House on Loch Lomond on beautiful Loch Lomond!

This is one of our favourite annual
Events in our Calendar each year as the Client who is a dream to work with, gives us a budget we discuss our brain storm ideas and then we pretty much have free rein to design the event and get Creative!

A 3 night / 3 day jam packed Conference agenda opened by Bag Pipers - with break out sessions, guest speakers, team building activities and a live interview with mead during the day with fitness sessions and a boat trip around the Loch to 2 special themed evenings!

Night 1 the Boathouse was transformed into an informal “Hanging in the Hamptons” vibe with boats and nautical props with neon providing guests photo op’s and something for the “Gram” and another huge boat rammed full of drinks for guests to help themselves to along with a gorgeous Gin Fountain.
A thoughtfully created menu around the theme was served including New England Lobster Rolls, Clam Chowder and many more delights it was a true Seafood Extravaganza! A candy bar and dessert station and wood fired Pizzas for the Midnight Munchies!

Gala Dinner on night 2 with a “Rock the Loch” theme. We really wanted to bring the outside in so came up with a water effect looking dance floor surrounded by trees with the reflection in the ‘water’ so guests felt like they were dancing on the Loch! Scottish touches were bought in by way of floral centre pieces with bagpipes and sporrans. Logs & moss, whiskey bar and a custom made whiskey barrel DJ booth where our celebrity dj Rylan kept the dance floor filled all night!
