In our latest episode of the Women in DevOps podcast, we caught up with the incredible Barbara Lisa, Director of Transformation at Beyond Gravity, Entrepreneur, Author, and Tedx Speaker. ๐ ๐ ๐
She brings two decades of transformation experience to the digital context. She has worked in leadership positions driving transformation for global businesses like British Petroleum, World Health Organisation, and Roche to name a few, as well as set up an international business at the age of 24 which she later sold to pursue a consulting career.
Barbara holds an LLB and LLM from Charles University Prague, a legal diploma from the University of Cambridge, and an Executive MBA from Bayes Business School, City University, London.
She is a passionate traveller and speaker and was voted the most inspirational woman in Slovakia in 2020. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, art, gardening, and supporting charitable causes for childrenโs education and displaced people.

The conversation focussed on tools and best practices to be equipped with when moving to the cloud, such as the ingredients for smooth cloud migration, considering hidden costs and the power of influencing senior leaders.
We also explored whether it was a 'risk' or 'reward' to migrate to the cloud. Interestingly, our audience was somewhat divided, with over a third deeming it to be a risk! ๐ฎ

Meet Natasha Haveron, Senior Director of Engineering at ServiceNow, who joins Sabrina Battiston for our latest Women in DevOps podcast.
Natasha is a Senior Technology Leader with experience across a wide range of industries and technology companies. Natasha has over 30 years of experience in engineering and technology roles, with 18 of those in People Leadership roles. Her current role is Senior Director of Global Cloud Services in ServiceNow, with previous roles as Director of Data Center Operations EMEA for Meta and Director of Enterprise Productivity Engineering in Linkedin, where she first became involved in Women in Technology Networks.
Expert in Technical Strategy and Planning, Infrastructure, Engineering and Service Management, she is a strong strategic thinker with solid experience in building and leading global teams, including Architecture, Systems and Network Engineering, Data Center, Operations, Support and Service Delivery teams. Natasha has extensive experience in the delivery of global technical infrastructure, products, services and programs.
A passionate advocate for Women in Technology, Natasha is a Program Sponsor for EMEA United Technology Group Womenโs Network in Service Now and for EMEA Women in Infrastructure during her time in Meta.

In a previous Women in DevOps podcast session, Lauren Langdell interviews Kelli Mohr from Slalom Build, who discusses how previous managers have ultimately impacted her managerial style. She also relays the importance of showing up with your full heart and leading empathetically. ๐ โจ โค๏ธ
Kelli Mohr designs cloud architecture in AWS, GCP, and Azure and uses various technologies to implement DevOps solutions for clients. Kelli has been in the technology industry for 20+ years as an IT Manager, Software Engineer, Systems Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Engineering Operations Manager, and a Consultant.
Currently, Kelli is the President-Elect of Junior League of Olympia. In May, she begins her role as President to drive forward their community impact of social and emotional well-being programs for children and youth. As part of Junior League, Kelli earned the Presidentโs Award in 2021 for her work to advance DEIB and Advocacy. In addition, Kelli is a former Board Member and active Searcher for Thurston County Explorer Search and Rescue. She also maintains their website and actively participates in missing persons and evidence searches.
