I attended, the supportive and wonderful Celebrant CPD Session on Monday 13th March with ICPC.

Creating Compassionate Content for Difficult Deaths.

Written and delivered perfectly by ICPC, Julie & Rebecca.

I have been reading through my notes this morning, and it was a truly inspiring, emotional, but will be so invaluable in helping bereaved families in writing a bespoke ceremony for their loved ones through a difficult death.

Introducing my New Funeral Celebrant Logo.

I was playing around with a few Logo ideas, and then after planting some Sunflowers, my summer favourite flower in France yesterday afternoon.

I thought it just must incorporate Sunflowers, and it was my late Mother in Law’s favourite and every time I see one I fondly smile, remembering her.

Also, my mum would buy them for me when she wanted to cheer me up and bring colour into the kitchen so remember two beautiful mums, who would have been so proud of me.

In remembrance on National day of reflection.

The National Day of Reflection in the United Kingdom is a day to remember those who died during the COVID-19 pandemic.

It takes place on 23
March, the anniversary of the first lockdown in 2020. It was initiated in 2021 by the Marie Curie charity and is supported by the Church of England.

It is also a day to remember all loved ones that have been lost and passed.

are a wonderful charity that offer a number of services for bereavement and grief along with family support.

One minute silence is also being observed at mid-day to remember and reflect.
