What is a Flat White?

Having its origins in New Zealand, the flat white - similarly to a latte - has steamed milk with only a little froth added to the freshly-brewed espresso, but the ratios are different.

The flavours of coffee are a lot more dominant due to the lesser amount of milk it is combined with, resulting in a less sweet cuppa.

Our Chicken & Pesto is the top selling sandwich for a reason...it's damn delicious A couple of reasons why...our chicken is free range outdoor reared in Yorkshire. We slowly roast tomatoes with loads of extra virgin olive oil for extra sweetness. Open every day except Sunday, 730am-3pm.

The Full Brewster Sandwich is a little bit special. Handmade with rare breed pork and free range eggs. It went down a storm on Saturday. Thanks to @h2.visual for the awesome video. Don’t forget to book your table for Brewsters Brunch Club this Saturday. Food from 9-3pm. For bookings please email [email protected]. COVID: With new restrictions we require all customers to wear masks inside unless seated. We have reduced the capacity inside to adhere to social distancing rules. We will have outside tables available for mixed households of up to 6 people. All inside tables are for households up to 6 people.
