Take a peek behind the scenes to see the magic before the electric setlist and incredible guests lit up the night. From a catwalk-ready photoshoot area to makeup stations, a chic VIP lounge, a lineup pinboard, neon signs, and dynamic RGB lighting in signature UD purple, every detail was designed to perfection.
The launch party delivered major fun, fierce fashion-week energy ⚡—complete with runways, voguing, Dj and dance battles! Don’t miss the full vibe in our reels!

✨️🎄 Icetank Venue hosted Asda’s intimate Trade Dinner for the launch of their Trend Book 🥗📖.
What a treat! Our demo kitchen was perfect for the setup, with the chef cooking and serving straight onto beautifully styled plates. The event’s gold and green theme was stunningly highlighted by our customisable RGB lighting, which played beautifully with the metallic reflections and added an elegant, festive glow to the space. The evening was a perfect blend of creativity, flavour, and style in the heart of Covent Garden. 🎀

Release Party for with 🍾 🎨

The renowned brandy St-Remy celebrated their first artistic collaboration at Icetank Venue, throwing an incredible immersive and tailor-made artistic evening with a special guest, Lucas Beaufort.

“From art showcases to live painting, art signage, and an exhibition of unreleased works, this London white cube has been truly metamorphosed under the artist’s brush, who draws his inspiration from the diversity of St-Rémy brandy varieties.”

The event featured a vibrant and colourful setup, transforming the space into a visual feast. The infinity cove showcased Lucas Beaufort's stunning artwork, and he personally drew interweaving, boldly coloured shapes, and merging abstract patterns on all the venue windows. What a treat! A DJ set up on the mezzanine kept the energy high, and naturally, the St-Remy brandy was displayed and tasted throughout the event. The atmosphere was a perfect blend of art, music, and exquisite brandy, making it a night to remember.

Icetank was totally transformed into a charming country-style outdoor brunch experience. 🌻🌻🌻

Stepping into Grape Street, guests were greeted by our building's large display windows, featuring gigantic sunflowers, buzzing bumble bees, and the vibrant FLORA branding.

Upon entering the space, the ambiance instantly transported guests to a light and airy outdoor-like brunch setting. The faux grass flooring and ceiling decorated with cascading sunflowers and stunning mimosa flowers hanging upside down created an immersive experience.

A long table took centre stage on the ground floor with charming country-style elegance, complementing the FLORA Plant Goodness event perfectly.

The food was served from our demo kitchen by busy-bees chefs! Guests indulged in a delicious spread, including healthy salads, fresh artisan bread, and irresistible orange cake – all specially crafted to highlight FLORA's natural, 100% plant-based ingredients and their new dairy-free recipes for a vegan diet.

“Parr is presenting a new series of oil paintings which are concerned with the nature of work and how this can bring meaning and belonging. Parr approaches his subject like a formalist, juxtaposing the figure with domestic textile designs from the home, often from unusual viewpoints. This creates a tension between the painting's flatness and the illusionistic depth of shadows and form.”

🚀 Ready to XPLODE your 2024 exercise routine? Kicking off with a fitness revolution, Icetank Studio was buzzing with energy as we welcomed Davide Sanclimenti and celebrated the launch of SCI-MX Nutrition XPLODE preworkout drink! 💥

The event transformed our space into a work our space and a dynamic virtual shop, bridging the gap between online and in-person experiences. Attendees could feel the pulse of innovation with the physical products on display, ensuring they got the real touch before clicking 'buy'. 🛍️✨

The day started with a 'Wake Up The Day with Davide' session at 6 am that got everyone's adrenaline pumping, with a live DJ setting the ultimate workout vibe. 🎧🌅

The X-PLODE bar upstairs served up the first tastes of the new drinks, while the projectors rolled out an immersive visual feast of Davide Sanclimenti work out films and photos. 🎥🏋️‍♂️

The event was produced by the lovely team . The entire venue underwent a mesmerizing transformation by , featuring elegant display plinths showcasing the products. The centre stage was dedicated to the Lab Zone, a space with a large, illuminated display table featuring gigantic model teeth and experts demonstrating the product, including and .

The experience was not only visually stunning but also a treat for the senses. The incredible food by , creatively displayed, delighted the taste buds. And for those seeking relaxation, nail stations and a massage added an extra touch of pampering.

Every aspect of the event was carefully curated, right down to the lighting, which flawlessly complemented the iconic red branding, creating an atmosphere of sophistication and excitement.

We were delighted to provide the perfect setting for the Vichy Minéral 89 Booster + Cream product launch. As guests stepped into our venue, they were welcomed by the cool blue water design, setting the tone for an exciting experience. Our HD projector transformed the infinity cove into a mesmerizing display of slowly flowing blue water, intermingled with stunning product images.💧🌊💎

The main stage included plinths showcasing the products, with water vinyling, and sitting on mirrors cut in the shape of water splashes, further enhancing the theme of the event. Blue velvet furniture and more product display on the main counter complemented the ambience, ensuring every element reflected the hydrating essence of the products.

The event was dedicated to celebrating exceptional skincare, , and helped showcase it in a perfect fashion!

We were thrilled to host an immersive breakfast event for the new product launch by The Organic Pharmacy
It was a morning that seamlessly blended science and style, designed and created by Plain Jane Events and Brandstand Communications. Our venue became a captivating space, with mirrored plinths elegantly showcasing the ingredients of the new product. The venue's sophisticated RGB lighting beautifully highlighted the product's displays, while projections on the walls enhanced the overall visual experience. Adding a touch of whimsy, a bespoke cart adorned with fresh flowers added a vibrant pop of colour, and a photo corner featuring large-scale products provided the perfect backdrop. Guests were treated to an organic breakfast served at long tablescape.
