We provide excellent customer service to all our events no matter how small or how big!

⭐️ Do you already know what items you would like for your event and just need to hire them? Then our ✨ Directory Service* ✨ is what you need! We offer very competitive prices on all our items! 💵 And if we don’t have it in stock, we’ll use our directory to find a company that does! 🙌 We’ll take care of all the hassle so that you only deal with one person rather than several different companies!

*We charge a small amount on top of all items sourced from other companies. For information on this please ask an advisor.

⭐️ Have a date in mind but don’t know where to go from there? Our ✨ Bronze Package* ✨ sounds like just what you need! We will provide you with one of our 🧑‍💻 planning advisors 👩‍💻 for an hour long meeting where you will be able to discuss the look you want for your event. You will then create a detailed budget plan that fits your needs. The advisor will then start researching for items that fit your event and once done, will send you information and photos for you to select from 📑 The advisor will then hire your chosen items for you and take control of all the important information so you don’t have too!

*Our Bronze Package is £69.99.

⭐️ If planning an event makes you feel like you want to hide until it’s all over then our ✨ Silver Package* ✨ could be the way to go! With everything in our bronze package included plus the added bonus of help finding a venue, 🏰organising a theme and creating a room map 🗺for the day; it’s everything you need to make the run up to your special day as smooth as possible!

*Our Silver Package is £164.99.

⭐️ If you’re looking for a little more organisation then our ✨ Gold Package* ✨ is definitely the right choice for you! It includes everything from our Silver package plus we will write and send out all invitations, 📬 deal directly with all RSVP’s, create a day plan and organise all suppliers during set up.

* Our Gold Package is £259.99

⭐️ If you’d like the venue decorated for you so you all you have to worry about is what shoes you’re going to pair that amazing outfit with then our ✨ Platinum Package* ✨ is the way to go! It includes everything from our Gold Package plus a planning advisor to decorate 🎉 your venue according to all the previously made plans!

* Our Platinum Package starts from £359.99. An extra £99.99** charge applies per extra advisor needed to decorate.

**Based on a 3 hour set up.

⭐️ If all that still isn’t enough and you want that peace of mind during the event then choose our ✨ Diamond Package* ✨ As well as everything from our Platinum Package, you’ll also have the planning advisor through the whole of your event. They will make sure there are no hiccups with any of the decor 🎉 and be there to answer any questions you may have. They will also be able to help with the cleaning process. 🧹

* Our Diamond Package starts from £559.99. An extra £99.99** charge applies per extra advisor needed to decorate. A further £184.99*** charge applies per extra advisor needed to run the event.
