to the Plan It Day Conference in 2016 🎉

Awesome’s production, AV and management team worked with our client, The Drum, to plan and design the event in a location found within the Old Truman Brewery.

The empty large industrial venue was transformed into a unique and adaptable space with a stage, bar, productions booth, 2 break out areas, a cloakroom and an outdoor space.

The one day event saw 250 suppliers and clients attend for presentations and discussions and team exercises and hundreds of marketers come together to devise creative solutions to real-world issues.

Awesome were proud to support Coram's children's charity by hosting their annual Fireworks Night a few years back.

This was the charity’s largest community event, with over 5,500 attendees.

The event featured funfair rides, delicious food stands, and an unforgettable 18-minute fireworks display.

Thanks to our dedicated team and volunteers, we raised vital funds for Coram, supporting their mission to provide invaluable services for local families and children.

With over 250 guests, the event saw a thrilling battle of corporate bands, all in support of the remarkable Variety the Children's Charity of Great Britain.

With a variety of companies unleashing their musical prowess, Brinkworth earned the winning title (as well as a coveted recording session at Tileyard London!)

The night raised over £50,000 to transform the lives of disabled and disadvantaged children across the UK.
