Magnificently brown!! Wonderful tastes of bbq. 12 hour oak smoked Irish beef brisket. Smoked free range pulled pork, smoked corn fed chicken and roast lamb cooked over wood on the KJ ceramic bbq. Started at 6.30 - engines running - and finished the cook at about 10.45. This platter is part of our bbq wedding offering and is part of our £20k wedding package to feed 150.
