Renowned for iconic, q***r throwdowns Q***r House Party is the award-winning virtual LGBTIQ+ party that brings you the best drag, performers, and DJs from London and beyond all in an accessible online community space, broadcasted live to wherever you are. After DJing and throwing parties across the county for years now, housemates, activists, and community organisers Harry Gay, Wacha and Passer ca

me together on the first Friday of lockdown to throw an online party to give q***rs across the globe a sense of release and community whilst in isolation. Months later they've built an online following and are continuing to throw events for the virtual masses. Q***r House Party has worked and collaborated with Cybertease, United Stripers of The World, Drag Syndrome, Quiplash, Bricks, The Barbican, BFI, and Guildhall to name a few. Q***r House Party keeps their politics and activism central to their events, creating a space that is not only accessible for the whole LGBTIQ+ community but kicks off and campaigns for a wide range of issues that we care about.

At each party, we set aside around 50 tickets for those who cannot afford any of our ticket prices (£7.50-£20). We do this to ensure that anyone who wants to join us can, regardless of their income or financial situation.

Until now, we’ve covered the cost of these tickets from our budget. However, with rising expenses and increased pressure on the nightlife, we’re looking for new ways to keep offering these spaces while covering the extra costs needed to make our parties accessible. This includes paying our 40+ crew industry-standard fees or higher.

This is where you come in. Whether you’re joining Q***r House Party in person or supporting from afar, you can purchase a Pay It Forward Ticket. This will help us keep our guest list open for people experiencing homelessness, those navigating the asylum process, and others facing financial hardship.

If you’re currently struggling financially, can’t afford our tickets and you’d like to be on our guest list, please email [email protected]. You don’t need to explain your situation to us. For more information about which ticket is right for you, please visit our Outsavvy ticket page for a full description of each option.

CHIP IN IF YOU CAN. THANK YOU DIVAS. WE LOVE YOU. xo

Q***r House Party’s crew have worked for and with The Outside Project for the past seven years. During this time, we’ve seen it grow from a night shelter on a tour bus into an organisation that supports countless q***r people across London.

We’re proud to support their latest initiative—the Trans Winter Night Shelter in Hackney. This essential space embodies resilience and solidarity, offering a safe and dignified refuge for trans people at risk of sleeping rough, facing homelessness, or experiencing domestic violence. The shelter will also be open to trans people in the asylum process, with no requirements to access support.

The importance of the Trans Winter Night Shelter cannot be overstated. As our community continues to face relentless social and political challenges, access to safe spaces is vital for survival and dignity. This shelter will serve as a lifeline for those at risk of sleeping rough, providing safety and warmth during the coldest months. As a crew who have worked in these spaces for nearly a decade, we have seen first-hand the overrepresentation of trans people accessing these services. Providing a space that responds to this need is more important now than ever.

We urge everyone—friends, allies, and supporters—to get behind this project!

* Tell your rich friends, your boss, and your local MP about the project and encourage their support.
* Support their crowdfunding campaign at chuffed.org/project/transpower.
* Donate items from their shelter kit and supplies list, which are urgently needed.
* Help fundraise for the ongoing costs of the shelter over the winter.
* Contribute towards their annual Christmas Day dinner party.

These actions can make a real difference in ensuring trans people have the safety and support they need this winter.

We don’t have a music policy at Q***r Hourse Party - for each party, we carefully craft our lineup around a particular vibe set by our headline act, meaning that no two parties will ever be the same.

For our party with we’re bringing you bass, breaks, ballroom, kuduro, footwork, Gqom, techno, hard house, UKG and eclectic club rhythms.

We can’t quite believe we’re writing this, but TOM RASMUSSEN will be joining us on the 7th of December, headlining our event alongside Tash LC.

’s brand new album Live Wire has us in an absolute chokehold. Following a sold-out UK tour and a headline show at KOKO, they’ll be popping into our little party to grace us with their one-in-a-million vocals.

Born and raised in Lancashire, Tom moved to London and soon found themselves immersed in the world of drag, performing everywhere from the Royal Opera House to Glastonbury. Although their drag alter ego Crystal was known for singing live, it wasn’t until Rasmussen began writing their own music that their performance persona started to shift, revealing more of their true self.

This evolution led to their debut album Body Building, a project that pierces the skin with its falsetto vocals and moments of q***r euphoria, punctuated by acoustic instrumentation.

Expect an unforgettable show from this boundary-breaking artist.

Final tickets on Outsavvy!

Headlining Q***r House Party on December 7th is 🥵

London-based artist Tash LC has established herself as a respected DJ, collector, broadcaster, voiceover artist and presenter across both radio and club mediums, with a passion for music from the global club space, both classic and contemporary.

Currently calling NTS Radio home with a bi-weekly show, Tash continues to explore the global underground alongside conversations with a range of guests. With previous residencies on BBC 1Xtra, Kiss FM, Worldwide FM and Movement Athens, she draws in listeners with a balance of textured afro-jazz and highlife fusions with more up-tempo meetings of Kuduro, Gqom, and eclectic club rhythms.

Tash also runs the record label and club night Club Yeke, which champions music from the Global South, featuring artists from Jamaica, the USA, Portugal, South Africa, Ghana, Uganda, and beyond. She co-founded Boko! Boko!, a London-based party with Juba and Mina, spotlighting afrodiasporic sounds, having hosted acts like Kampire, Bryte, and Mak 10 over its nine-year run.

With support from dance music’s leading institutions and her innate ability to energise any dance floor, Tash LC has solidified herself as one of the UK’s most exciting and versatile talents.

We are angry and today we’re highlighting ***rs.for.palestine’s latest campaign.

Q***r institutions like must uphold the right for all LGBTQ+ people to live free from violence. That includes standing against settler colonialism and the ongoing oppression faced by people in Palestine and Lebanon.

Alongside Q***rs for Palestine, we are calling on Stonewall to:
1. Immediately end relationships with BAE Systems, Raytheon, and Northrop Grumman.
2. Immediately end relationships with any other arms manufacturers.
3. Develop a transparent and public ethical partnership policy that includes a commitment to stop working with arms manufacturers in future.

Stonewall’s Diversity Champions Programme should not enable companies to profit from the oppression and suffering of others. While advocating for q***r rights, Stonewall must be accountable for the partnerships it makes. Companies building weapons of war shouldn’t be championed in our community.

What would the brave q***r activists at Stonewall’s origin say about their legacy being used to pinkwash the crimes of arming the Zionist entity responsible for the ongoing genocide in Palestine?

Swipe through for a video of Sylvia Rivera talking about the pride movement leaving behind trans liberation in exchange for corporate greed back on 2001 and make up your own mind.

Stand with us. Email Stonewall’s CEO, Simon Blake, and demand accountability. Link in bio.

Join tonight to remember the 1,474 people who died while homeless across the UK in 2023 and to demand urgent change.

📅 17th October 2024
⏰ 6pm - 8pm
All are welcome.

Museum of Homelessness are calling on the new Labour government to reverse harmful policies that have led to these preventable deaths. This week, Museum of Homelessness have released their latest findings from the Dying Homeless Project, shedding light on this ongoing crisis.

The research from the charity’s Dying Homeless Project shows that the number of homeless people who died in 2023 was 1,474, which is a 12% increase on the numbers recorded in 2022.

The number of people who died while rough sleeping – defined by the government as people bedded in streets, tents or bus shelters – surged by 42% in contrast with a 27% increase in the total number of rough sleepers.

Further analysis by the MoH also found that people experiencing homelessness were three times more likely to be murdered.

Let’s come together and demand action before more lives are lost.

Q***r House Party is sending strength and solidarity to . They are at the forefront of the fight for justice for trans youth and trans people of all ages. As a collective that came together through community organising and direct action, we understand the long-standing q***r tradition of disrupting those who attack our rights.

In 1995, a group of five from the Le***an Avengers in San Francisco protested Exodus International and their use of conversion therapy by releasing 1,000 crickets into their headquarters. To say that this type of direct action is ineffective, careless, or homophobic is a betrayal of the history that won us the rights we have today.

Trans Kids Deserve Better—your bravery, determination, and iconic resistance inspire us to do more wherever we can.

While it’s inspiring to see young people leading this charge in 2024, we must all reflect on why they are the ones putting themselves on the line, instead of those of us with more rights, privilege, and stability.

We’ll continue to support them however we can, and we urge our followers to do the same.

So far, we’ve raised over £800 for you alongside .london with the Underground Trans Mafia t-shirt. You can buy one from the Fort online store now!

If you want to support them directly, note that the LBAlliance recently had their crowdfunding page taken down, losing them £5,000. They’ve set up a new fundraiser linked in our bio. Stay tuned for their actions—we can all support them in continuing to disrupt!

WHO WE ARE

Q***r House Party is camp, sexy, inclusive, and it’s live-streamed to you every. Damn. Friday. Resident DJs Harry Gay, Wacha and Passer bring you the bops, and we have an online chat hang-out hosted by the legendary Liv Wynter! It gets better - every week we have different special guests, drag queens and performers broadcasting their fabulousness straight into your living room! Born on the first Friday of lockdown, Q***r House Party started with the aim of bringing solidarity and release to our community, and every week hundreds of us party together into the early hours. You can share your video, chat with other guests and REVEL in the sheer q***r beauty of our house party. Featured in Dazed and Confused, Vice, The Guardian, BBC, Pink News and QX Magazine. How does Q***r House Party work? Just before we go live at 21.00 we’ll send out a link on our socials that will transport you into the party. You can choose to share your video and dance along or just watch everyone else partying. You can also chat with other party guests in the main thread or send private messages ;) We’ll be joined by performers each week who are spotlighted as a full screen, meaning we can all watch together. Accessibility Q***r House Party is BSL interpreted by Max (@wheelieq***rmerbabe). In solidarity with our sober friends, we ask you to decant your drinks into cups and not take any substances on camera. Please respect one another; do not assume anyone’s gender, ask for pronouns if you are unsure. We do not accept prejudice based on religious beliefs, language ability, class or gender presentation. We do not tolerate ableism, ageism, body shaming, biphobia, fatphobia, homophobia, misogyny, racism, transphobia or xenophobia. If we see anyone who is doing any of the above you will be removed from the stream and banned from Q***r House Party. Zoom is not a private space, and there are incidences where trolls have invaded public zoom meetings. We monitor the space constantly and will strive to ensure that this does not occur, but as with any public internet space, there is a risk of this occurring.
