👩🏻🍳 rich culinary heritage—Greek-Cypriot and Australian—along with her love of travel, is reflected in her cooking style. Along with the flavours it’s also about sharing dishes and having a sense of community around food.
Living and training in New York, the vibrant food scene was a huge inspiration. She returned with a fresh perspective, shifting her focus to plant-based, whole-food cooking for private clients.
Her unique palate drives her to create dishes that excite, intrigue, and challenge expectations.
🕺🏾 Born in Indonesia, raised in Singapore then the UK . He grew up with a love for bold, complex flavours. Indonesian cuisine, with its diverse influences from Sumatra, Java, and Bali, embodies community, tradition, and a vibrant use of fresh, aromatic spices. Rooted in the spirit of shared meals, his passion for hospitality is about bringing people together and creating happiness through food.
