In true Palm Greens style we’re celebrating the festive season by celebrating our favourite festive vegetable - the Sprout! 🥬 (where’s the emoji at?!)

Introducing our Sprout Salad. Roast Brussels, mixed with beluga lentils, roast squash, radicchio, herbs and pickle. Then dressed with our creamy, umami in-house Caesar dressing and topped with a pangrattato.

The story of Palm Greens 🌴

Seven years ago, we were spending some time in New York and were struck by a question: why didn’t London have the same kind of fresh, flavourful, plant-based lunch options? So, inspired by the salad bars of NYC, we set out to bring something similar to the London food scene.

That summer, we set up a small stall at with little more of a plan that just rocking up with some takeaway homemade goodies and recipe cards. And from there, came our salad bars at and where we served our signature seasonal salads and creative plant-based specials. All alongside our elevated plant-based catering, of course 🌱

But, to be honest, the roots of Palm Greens go back even further. We’ve always loved hosting supper clubs in our flat, bringing people together over good food and good company - and we still do! Events, catering, grab-and-go bowls, and now our home inside … the goal has always been the same: community, flavour,and food that feels good for you and the planet.

And to you lot who’ve been supporting us through it all: thank you! Here’s to the next seven, eh...

The Mexican Tostada. One of our signature salads and this one sure packs a punch 🌶

Crunchy tostada tops a bed of black beans, quinoa, red cabbage, kale, seasonal veggies and hot pickles. All served alongside our homemade chipotle crema and toasted seed guajillo oil.

Nourishing and (of course!) full of flavour - we’re kicking off the weekend in the best way possible over here 🌴

PALM GREENS 🌴⛵️

What a week! Sun, sea, wellbeing, lovely guests and a warm and welcoming team who made the whole operation seem a breeze.

We hosted a 3-day pop-up, serving Palm Greens salads suited to this Greek island. Aubergines grilled on an open flame, marinated peppers, and classics like the Kale Caesar and the old-time favourite, Super Freekah, made a comeback.

Our dishes went down a storm with guests, and we loved our time there too! Thank you for having us team🤍
