The story of Palm Greens 🌴
Seven years ago, we were spending some time in New York and were struck by a question: why didn’t London have the same kind of fresh, flavourful, plant-based lunch options? So, inspired by the salad bars of NYC, we set out to bring something similar to the London food scene.
That summer, we set up a small stall at with little more of a plan that just rocking up with some takeaway homemade goodies and recipe cards. And from there, came our salad bars at and where we served our signature seasonal salads and creative plant-based specials. All alongside our elevated plant-based catering, of course 🌱
But, to be honest, the roots of Palm Greens go back even further. We’ve always loved hosting supper clubs in our flat, bringing people together over good food and good company - and we still do! Events, catering, grab-and-go bowls, and now our home inside … the goal has always been the same: community, flavour,and food that feels good for you and the planet.
