We have less than one week to go until we officially open the doors to our sparkling new café and we can’t wait to see you there 🌴

We’re open from the 10th of May (this Saturday), and we would LOVE to see you for a Palm Greens bowl, made-to-order smoothies, or pandan matcha. For a real weekend treat, enjoy a class or sauna session with our partners and follow that with some Palm Greens nourishment.

Fresh, bright, full of flavour. Taking inspiration from our travels and putting our own twist with beautiful season veg.

Mole Verde - a lighter fresher take on the deep and rich mole you may know - a Mexican classic. With a mix of spring veg & beautiful borlotti beans. Gorgeous starter for our supper club last year. 🍽️🫶🏼

been tweaking the dressing recipe and it’s 🔥

We’ve switched croutons for crispy garlic breadcrumbs, black lentils, torn roasted nori - which get caught in the curly kale crevices, so no bite is the same. 🥹

👉🏼 Plus it’s approved by one of our long time Kale Caesar fans.
