What an incredible place to host a retreat nestled deep in the heart of Palma Mallorca, truly beautiful along with the family that reside there.

Can’t thank you guys enough along with its thirty six beautiful guests that attended for the week, what a gorgeous bunch of souls ! Thought I would put myslef to the test catering solo on this one & it would seem I was in my element 👨‍🍳

Memory’s yet again made, for life !

Season greetings you lovely bunch !

Rude Food was requested & invited to cook for the Hollywood A - list stars at Maison Assouline with legendary chef & friend Yan Florio for an intimate private fine dining lunch, smack bang in the middle of London Piccadilly for Bradley Cooper & Carry Mulligan hosted by Charles Finch !

It was in support of the launch premiere of there new movie ‘Maestro’ now streaming on Netflix.

From Ibiza to London, what can happen in 24hrs is crazy. Aim small miss small people. 🎯

What a way to wrap up three incredible summer months in Ibiza to chef and muster up some of that Rude Food magic on a few super yachts 🛥️

Life is most certainly bumping up the anty & pace this year so even more reason to keep my feet on the ground with it all while RudeFood proceeds to expand as a brand and global private chef platform.

Next stop …. the motherland & big smoke 💨 that is London followed by Denmark & finishing up the summer in the French Riviera whilst visualising & living the ethos of RudeFood

It’s something to come here on holiday but to come here because RudeFood has been requested too is insane.

A year ago I said to myself

‘Rude ya business is gonna get ya to New York for some private gigs’

It became a daily mantra !

That has now been dreamt into reality ….

Hard work, consistency & discipline has become the daily routine

You want something in life, ya gotta go get it right ?!

Now off to Mont Blonc France for a few months to kick up that urban soul food ✈️

A day that shall never be forgotten !!! 🫠

While over here in New York catering for my private clients I can’t help but reflect on the incredibly blessed,fortunate and successful year RudeFood has had the pleasure of creating and experiencing 🧘

Late spring this year RudeFood had the honour & privilege of catering for the wedding of John & Chlo, two precious souls I hold close to my heart.

The day couldn’t have gone any better and I want it to happen all over again 🥹

Big shout out to all the RudeFood brigade & team who helped along the way & also to Bohemian Rose Photography for capturing moments in time.

Last but not least to the incredible families, John & Chlo who I can’t thank enough for the opportunity,memory & life long friendships you have blessed me with.

Go check him out for the baddest burgers on the streets of London city 💪& his upcoming takeover 🔥🔥🔥

But above 👆 imagine a wholegrain toasted warm bread bun, zingy, zesty & spicy Mexican inspired smashed Avocado followed by a creamy tropical & fruity carribean slaw then the winner with a 24hr marinaded buttermilk smoked paprika chicken with a cheeky beer batter for that crunchy crispy mouthwatering bite 🥳

I am literally dribbling all over myself writing this 🤤😂
