Hello all,

I am on the lookout for old bedding or curtains themed unicorn/rainbow/fairies to sew up into bunting. I already have pirate, space, safari, pink, orange/neutral, robot, football, superhero, London themes but I think I'm missing something super pink and frilly. Please send pics if you have anything suitable to pass on.

Happy new year fellow eco party goers. I've printed out my 2024 calendar (not very high tech I know) and I'm ready to take bookings for 2024. I know a few of you have contacted me already and quite typically I've misplaced most of these messages. Sorry for that and please message again (ideally text to 07940 850458) and I'll book in your party kit.

I had to turn away too many people last year so please plan your party nice and early to ensure I have a kit for you. I can accommodate around 40 or 50 covers, and I have a wide range of upcycled bunting. I also have reuseable pass the parcel bags which have miraculously lasted quite a few lends (pass the parcel can get pretty lairy imo).

Hello all, I’m doing a new year’s stock check and tidy up of the kit. There’s a bit more than I expected (I live by the rule that one can never have too much bunting) and I’d like to organise it so it’s less admin to manage. If anyone is going to/getting an ikea order anytime soon can you please let me know as I could use a few bits. Thank you! Aneeta

Happy 1st Birthday to WasteEnders!

I started WasteEnders in June 2021 not at all sure if anyone would borrow the party kit. It's become more popular than I could have imagined and 3 people nearby have said they want to start kits of their own (which is great as I'm running out of storage space!)

I've now got enough kit for a party of 45, 15 strings of bunting (and more to come soon), 2 sets of pass the parcel bags, cake tins and a few other party bits.

Please feel free to share this post and drop me a line if you'd like to borrow a reusable party kit for your next shindig. 🤹🤸‍♂️🥂🎂

The party was exhausting but the washing up has finished me off. Two kits are clean and dried ready to be reused. Thank you to Plastic Free Hackney zero waste Hackney for the lend of kit to add to mine. Now is it bedtime yet? 🥱 😴

My own kit wasn’t enough for our first post-lockdown-post-cancer joint kids birthday party so we borrowed a kit from the Hackney Zero Waste party kit.
