One of these upgrades is our new and improved Library Board room. Formerly, only able to accommodate up to 6 people, it can now accommodate 12 people in a boardroom style layout on our second floor. It has an LCD screen and plenty of natural light.

Since July is Disability Pride Month, we wanted to spread awareness on things you can do to be more accessible in the corporate world! 🌍


One in five people in the UK live with a disability, and there are lots of different types of disabilities that affect people in different ways. However, this isn’t always acknowledged or represented in our day to day lives.

Disability pride month is an opportunity to raise awareness for disabilities, start positive conversations and celebrate the diversity and differences of the disabled community.

This month we don’t only celebrate Easter, but it is also ovarian cancer awareness month.

You may also like to know that 1 Wimpole Street reinvests its profits to the Royal Society of Medicine, a charity which provides a platform for healthcare professionals to engage in meaningful conversations and continuous learning.

1 Wimpole Street financially supports the RSM, allowing it to deliver multidisciplinary, specialist and general education, as well as professional development, drawing on the support of leading experts in over 50 specialist areas of medicine.

‘Spending with a purpose’ at 1 Wimpole Street this Easter would mean supporting RSM sections such as Oncology, Palliative Care, Obstetrics and Gynaecology to make necessary advancements in UK healthcare training and education.
