A Louboutin floral dream in the heart of Mayfair

To celebrate Christian Louboutin’s Mount Street store, our florists designed a garden-inspired installation. Always taking this season’s bountiful countryside as a starting point, the installation blossomed in Mayfair’s shopping destination.

Having Maison Gatti's custom-made bench as a focal point, all was set to welcome guests at Louboutin’s Mayfair flagship.

Summer has arrived at the Cadogan Lounge. Changing throughout the year, our tree has now seen the four seasons. You can look back on previous ones in our stories today.

Adhering to our sustainability target of minimal waste - the tree was made using some materials from Paul’s own Cotswolds garden and this can be reused for future installations.

As we celebrate our 35th anniversary, we are thrilled to unveil our latest endeavour: THE PAUL THOMAS FLOWER SCHOOL – Career Course.

Over the course of four weeks, we will cover the fundamentals of floral design and study the unique design philosophy of PAUL THOMAS.

The first season of the PAUL THOMAS Flower School will take place from Monday,19th of August to Friday, 13th of September and you can book it as a full four-week course or in weekly modules

Ahead of Chelsea In Bloom (20-26 May), The Goring Hotel is starting the season with a classic, garden-inspired arch comprising garden tools and British plants, such as foxgloves, geraniums and nemesia.

Adhering to our sustainability pledge, the construction of the arch is made from a reusable metal frame and natural moss which will be reused in future installations, minimising waste and the plants used will also be given another life after the installation.

Crafted by our Founder & Creative Director, Paul Thomas-Jeffreys, the installation evolves throughout the year, reflecting the seasons within the hotel. Some of the ingredients used were sourced directly from Paul’s own Cotswolds garden, a constant source of inspiration. Can you spot our little winter residents?

We are delighted to unveil our Christmas installation at the recently opened 1 Hotel Mayfair, where unparalleled floristry meets contemporary design.

Natural and organic shapes, and a palette inspired by the architectural features of the hotel define our creations for the venue. Every piece reflects our commitment to using British foliage, repurposing, and sourcing materials locally, aligning seamlessly with the circularity ethos of the hotel. Some of the elements will be reused moving forward, ensuring a timeless and eco-conscious celebration.

From the focal wreath welcoming guests in the lobby to the decorations adorning the bar at Dovetale, our creations echo the best of the festive period.
