Let’s throw it all the way back this Thursday.

A visual representation of the fresh fruit flan featured on our catering menu.

This was the first time I made a flan which was for a Children in Need charity bake sale being held.

Indeed, I am very proud of how it turned out and it was a crown pleaser to say the least!

Good Evening all, Abigail here👋🏾.

I hope your day was as productive as mine.
My goal for the New Year is to eat healthier. In order to attain that goal, I have restarted my meal prepping journey. Featured here is brown stew chicken with some flavourful basmati rice. Although this particular container used has three sections I decided not meal prep any veg and instead steam or make a side salad alongside the meal when heated up.

Should we offer meal prep? At Eunoia, we want to be inclusive as possible and still be able to cater to all needs. Therefore even if you aren’t having a event you can still enjoy what our catering menu has to offer.
