So this is the beginning of a family catering business that started off with close friends and family friends making requests for us to make some arab dishes. So we're looking to get the word out there and see how it goes really. ALL meats used are Halal and we also offer a Vegetarian option as well . A: There's no official menu as of yet. Currently we have been going off requests made by people.
2) Any Recommendations? A: So far the most requested main dishes have been cous-cous, samosas (chicken/lamb/vegetable), tajine (chicken/lamb), vine leaves and lamb chops. Desserts- Profiteroles, Balah el shaam, Kunafa, Basboua, Baklava, Qatayef.
3) Serving sizes ? A: At the moment, we can only Cater to a maximum party of 50 people. This figure can negotiated if necessary.
4) Pricing ? A:Varies between £4-8 per per person depending on group sizes
Prices are negotiable.
5) How you get your order? A: The order will be delivered by car to an agreed location which can be negotiated.
6) How long will it take? A: We can agree on a set date and time for you to get your order. But we do ask that you inform us 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure the correct preparations.
7) Can I get a recipe? A: Errm...you'll have to ask the chef on that one
