We sometimes cater for special events the traditional caramelised grilled pork with woven rice vermicelli 'bánh hỏi' topped in garlic chives sauteed in oil. Yummmmm 😋

Our bánh mì baguettes are hand-rolled, authentically the Vietnamese way. Crispy on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside! It’s a rare gem in London. 😋

It's been quite a week with flooding in our house, having to cancel all our jobs to clean and fix and make sure everything is safe.

But we are so grateful everyone is safe, the house is fixable and we still have a home, we have awesome friends who reached out for support in different ways, the tax papers & receipts are still in tact miraculously and the business will be back on track in January 2024!

Meanwhile, we will end the year with Tuesday 19th Dec last hotpot party at St.Mary's Church, followed by 1 week of 🦥 slothing in bed netflixing, gaming & Vietnamese dramas.

Oh, and we've managed to raise £100 for St. Mary's Church! 😄

The story behind our logo: Back in 2019, Tammi re-visited Vietnam, met up with @yennguyen who took her out dancing on a night out in #Saigon! 💃 And you know how in London after a night out, we would grab a kebab? In Saigon, one thing you can do is grab a delicious #bánhmì from a auntie selling from the back of a #moped. 🤣 At 2am. Jump to 2020, Covid hit, Tammi & Tony were jobless. Tammi spent all her time netflixing and baking bread. And Tony spent all his time in his man cave. One day, Tony said to Tammi, "Errrrrrrghhh...I don't know what to to with my life!! Tammi responded, "um...wanna help me with my bánh mì business?" Tony, "err...OK." During the second lockdown, @jiggycreationz helped us with creating the logo. Tammi presented images of what makes #Vietnam iconic, hoping Tony would pick the moped! 😂 Luckily, Tony insisted that it has to be the moped with baguettes on top but asked "can it be not so boxy?"
