Our offices will be closed for the festive season from 1:00pm Wednesday 24th December 2025 until 9:30am Friday 2nd January 2026. During this time, we will only be dealing with emergencies.

Christmas and New Year is a wonderful time, but we know it can also be costly, so please try not to let your payments slip. Remember to keep up with your rent over the festive period to avoid any worries later on. And if things feel a bit tough, just give us a call on 020 7392 5400. We’re always here to help.

This year, Spitalfields Housing Association (SHA), together with community partners, is raising funds in support of Great Ormond Street Hospital. The charity delivers vital, life-saving care for vulnerable children. SHA has pledged to donate a minimum of £1,000.

This weekend, our amazing volunteers brought the community together with a vibrant Community Stalls and Car Boot Sale. The event showcased a variety of emerging micro-businesses, local charities, and unique bric-a-brac treasures from nearby homes.
It was a fantastic success, filled with freshly prepared food, tasty snacks, new jewellery, hand-knitted children’s clothes, perfumes, candles, and stylish occasion wear.

A heartfelt thank you to Razna and Deba for their dedication in making this event happen.

Organised by Roots of Wellness, Tower Hamlets Parents Forum, Vallance Community Sports Association, and Spitalfields Housing Association. The event was hosted at the Hason Raja Centre in Whitechapel, London E1.
