A classic Lamb and Potato Curry

Succulent pieces of lamb slowly cooked in a rich gravy with soft potatoes to complement. Lot’s of variations on the gravy consistency, we like ours medium…excellent for mopping up with a naan, equally enjoyable over boiled rice 👌🏼
