With Halloween behind us, we’re officially on the home stretch to the busiest season in the events industry — Christmas! 🎄😱✨

The By Word of Mouth Halloween party is always a highlight of the calendar, a night where the events industry can let loose, get dressed up, and have a blast, ready for the impending busy season. This year was no different. We were thrilled to bring in amazing party band Flood the Floor who kept the energy high at the event, held at the BWOM HQ. What a night! 🎉

Who watched the Glastonbury coverage over the weekend?

We love seeing all the amazing headliners and all the bands on the smaller stages (from the comfort of the sofa this year!) but its also a great opportunity for us to find new events-industry friendly performers in the Theatre and Circus fields as well as spotting some of our existing acts out in the wild!

Last night saw The National Gallery celebrate their bicentenary - 200 years of bringing people and paintings together! 🍾

We provided music courtesy of Camilla and Emma on electric harp and violin respectively.

Our golden bodypainted “Goddess of The Gallery” was a bespoke creation that we commissioned specifically for the event. Wearing a stunning emerald green dress and dramatic gold headdress topped with fresh flowers, she was used as a model for guests during a life drawing activity at the event.

We were delighted to play a part in The Corinthia’s wedding showcase the other week.

Guests were treated to gorgeous food and drink in the stunning setting of the ballroom and we provided a variety of entertainment for the upcoming wedding season.

Ribbon dancers performed at the entrance for guests’ arrival as well as on the dance floor later on, the musical ambiance came courtesy of the ever brilliant Ember string trio and guests were treated to a handbalance performance from Felipe after dinner.

We also launched our fantastic new band a high energy yet reasonably priced ensemble who had guests on the dance floor with a fab set list of classics, current pop faves and some guilty pleasures thrown in for good measure!

A fab evening working alongside some incredible suppliers!

At this event last year for we provided various entertainment for a “Living Art” theme.

In bespoke costuming, makeup and hair, our contortionist seamlessly blended into the background of the pop-art inspired pattern. Elsewhere we had bespoke living statues and costumed musicians.

With so many incredible art collections in venues across London, using live entertainment at your event is a great way to compliment and enhance the pieces. With our team of costumiers, makeup artists and body painters, we can have our performers fit any theme you require.
