The World’s Best 50 Hotels @50best_hotels host an Opening Banquet tonight aboard our flagship the Silver Sturgeon embarking at Woods Quay @woodsquaylondon
The evening is a collaboration with our new neighbours at the beautiful Raffles at the OWO @raffleslondon.theowo and their resident Michelin starred chef Mauro Colagreco @maurocolagrecolondon
Three Michelin starred-chef Mauro Colagreco brings his masterful culinary approach to the Silver Sturgeon’s galley featuring the British terroir.
His first London venture at @raffleslondon.theowo celebrates the finest seasonal ingredients, all produced in Great Britain.
Tracing a path through the English countryside and its beautiful gardens, his menus reveal more than 70 varieties of vegetable and fruit, all produced in Britain. With hyper-seasonality as one of his guiding lights, he sources flavourful ingredients from close by, forging warm relationships with local producers in the UK.
We look forward to some beautiful live content tonight from @50best_hotels #worlds50besthotels
