3WAYS TO MAKE OCTOPUS
Have you tried octopus before?? 🐙
Here are 3 WAYS we love to make it:
ROUGAILLE - A tomato-based creole sauce with incredibly rich flavours from the combination of spicies/herbs used. It's originates from southern France.
( You can literally make this with anything)
VINDAYE- Slow cooked octopus marinated with crushed spices, onions and chillies which is normally eaten cold with a baguette or rice, best eaten when left overnight.
This dish Originates from India.
CURRY- The Aromatic combination of masala powder, grounded & freshly crushed ingredients mixed together to give you a tasty curry the shack way 😉.
We would love to know which one you love or want to try 😊

TODAY ON FUN FACT FRIDAY WE ARE TAKING YOU TO....
"PIETER BOTH MOUNTAIN" ⛰️
Pieter Both is the most iconic mountain in Mauritius in the moka range and is the second highest after Piton de la Petite Riviere Noire. It is named after Pieter Both who was the first Governor-General of the Dutch East Indies before dying in a shipwreck on his way home.
Height : 820metres
There is a story behind this mountain about a milkman who turned into a rock, thats why the rock at the top of the mountain looks like a head.
And guess what if you love hiking you'll love this adventure.🧗♀️
