After Monday’s Mediterranean Station post, we had to share this Café Royal favorite. Perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside. Every detail, from the smoky grill to the bold spices, made this dish a standout at this unforgettable celebration.

At the heart of the evening was our Mediterranean Station, where we transformed the simple, authentic flavors of Chicken Shawarma into a luxurious, elevated experience.
