Applause for thought are thrilled to be providing on site mental health first aid at MOVE IT 2025. 💭

You can think of them as the mental health version of a physical first aider. They are there to offer you a non-judgemental, empathic listening space, be a safe space for a moment of calm, or provide information and signposting to further support should you need and if appropriate. ✨

You can find two of the AFT team in room S12 from 11am - 4pm each day of the show.

British born, Vietnamese Artist Thao is currently performing as Anne Boleyn in London’s West End production of ‘Six the Musical’! Tao has over 5 years experience of teaching K-pop choreography as well as creating pieces for many artists! 🌟

We cannot wait to welcome Thao to MOVE IT 2025 and we’re excited to see what she brings to our iconic Main Stage! 👀

Tzu-Chao is currently a Principal Dancer with Birmingham Royal Ballet where he’s danced many incredible roles in amazing shows such as Bintley’s Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, The Nutcracker and Swan Lake! 🤩
