HOW FAR IN ADVANCE THE BRIDE NEED TO ORDER HER DRESS?
To ensure your wedding dress arrives on time and allows time for alterations, it's recommended to start shopping 10-12 months before your wedding date. This timeline accommodates the production time of the dress (which can take 4-6 months) and allows for multiple fitting appointments.
Here's a more detailed breakdown:
12 months before:
This is the ideal timeframe to start shopping and ordering your dress, giving ample time for production and alterations.
6-8 months before:
If you're on a tighter timeline, you can still order your dress within this timeframe, but it might be more challenging.
1-6 months before:
This is a shorter timeframe, but our boutiques offer stock dresses and rush order options, sample sale, and off the rack gowns.
Our big advantage is IN HOUSE ALTERATIONS!
We prioritise our brides and can finalise the fittings in a short time frame!
