Something simple for teatime. or in this case anytime!

Scoop the fleshfrom the courgettes, gently cook with olive oil and crushed garlic , spoon mixture back into the courgettes drizzle over olive oil and add grated parmesan
Place in a preheated oven 180c and bake for about 20 mins, keep an eye on this

Remove when they are tender and eat as required..

Super simple and super comforting is on the menu today!! Linguine and tomato sauce ..for the sauce..sweat a small finely chopped onion and a couple of cloves of garlic, I then added a scattering of chilli flakes...pour in the contents of a tin of tomatoes and then rinse the tin with water adding it to your pan too...season with salt and pepper and leave for 20 ish mins..cook pasta per instructions on packet (I always use less time as after draining it you are going to add it to the pan so it will carry on cooking)...Spoon into a bowl, add parmesan and basil and PHEW! enjoy ....Happy Cooking X Hayley HQ

A WIP story

Betty and her Daddy were in the park, getting some fresh air and exercise ( Daddy said this this was very important)..anyway she soon got tired of the swings and slide..and has just said I'm bored! when Daddy said I know Betty, shall we play hide and seek? I'll close my eyes and count to 10 and then come and find you.

Daddy closed his eyes and counted..( can you count to 10 kiddies?)

Ooh where was Betty, and as all great daddies it was a bit tricky to find her..suddenly he heard a loud BOOO..it was from Betty who had been hiding under a primrose ..Daddy jumped into the air because he was really surprised and Betty giggled, giggled and then giggled some more

Daddy gave Betty a HUGE cuddle and then went home for teatime with big smiles on their faces x Hayley
