he students within the class. To assist varied dance artistry & skill, both syllabus & non syllabus classes are offered. Another wonderful afternoon watching our beautiful Ellie perform following a week with thank you for your constant forward thinking in this industry, the opportunities you present the next generation of dancers are much needed and appreciated. The focus of this week was to introduce dancers serious about a career in a ballet company, to the realities of company life, such as the intricacies of corps de ballet work (being a soloist is very different!) the demands of the repertoire on stamina and strength as much as artistry plus much more.

Incredibly, their special guest teacher all week was Dominic Antonucci who is the Assistant Director BIRMINGHAM ROYAL BALLET. The gorgeous Rachel Hester (RBS Associates) and Joshua Barwick (Elmhurst) also shared their gifts with the students across the week. A pleasure to meet you and thank you to all involved ✨

7 countries, 5 weeks, 39 ✈️ tickets, 24 international teachers; (everyone of them with something unique to give), 28 students, 2 international Galas, 5 demonstration days, 6 scholarships, with and without my babies . An incredible increase in strength, grace, resilience, growth, mentally, physically, and emotionally. Inspiration, love, laughter and pride! Not an awful lot of sleep or admin time… but it has been phenomenal! ☀️🩰🤩💕🇬🇷🇫🇷🇮🇹🇩🇪🇷🇴🇺🇸🇷🇺 🇲🇨🇬🇧

Italy 2025 Chianciano, ‘In Danza’ The world on one stage’ Academie Lacopini, what an incredible faculty of teachers from across the world and amazing experience we are having here from Classical ballet, Physiotecnica and Repertoire to Chinese traditional dance, choreographic workshops, Contemporary hip-hop and Modern Musical Theatre!! 21 of us in including my little family have travelled here to dance 6-7.5hrs a day for 9 days concluding in Gala on Saturday night! 🤪🤩🥰 Miss Chloe & Miss Charlotte are utter rocks & my dear most fabulous friend, professor Mirko Sabatini it is such a joy to be with you again - 8 years since we first started this adventure! 🥰 Thank you so much Nicoletta and all involved and well done to my hard working students! 💪🏻🩰🎊

Monaco, Montecarlo; Academie de danse Princess Grace! An absolutely stunning and of course inspiring three days visiting beautiful Elodie with my children and the one and only Miss Chloe joining us. The pizazz, the intricacy and the power of the teachers and the dedication of the hyper talented dancers encapsulated in such a beautiful place of history and splendour (and steep steps!) was truly gorgeous! Another enriching experience! Today I was invited by the director of English National Ballet school, Lynne Charles, to speak at with the new level 1, 4Pointe teachers in training and share my experiences followed by a Q&A. It felt so good to offer some advice and assurance as well as feel valued in my profession even though I too am so fresh to this groundbreaking movement 4pointe (Invented by Lynne to transform how we teach pointe safely)! Inspire Ballet & Dance London will be one of the only schools in England alongside ENBS themselves with a full faculty of 4pointe teachers by the end of this weekend, as our wonderful Miss Charlotte joins myself, Miss Jade and Miss Chloe in her level 1 qualification. 💪🏻🤩🩰Lynne runs a tight ship and this training is TOUGH but the rewards are already showing and we are a strong ! Thank you Lynne and thank you to my amazing team for joining me on this journey🥰

Paris Opera Ballet School, what a wonderful day with incredible teachers and of course incredible students. I felt the classes were perfect, beautifully articulated, so age appropriate and a perfect balance - strict but kind, challenging but well broken down, demanding but not excessive. It actually exceeded my expectations (and I expected a lot!!) 🩷🩰✨ I am now driven to be involved even more! Let’s see what the future holds! 🪄🔮

Blown way by our first school trip to Greece so far! Thank you so much BCC fest Dimitris and Anna 🥰 we are being spoilt! This week I will also fly to Paris Opera Ballet school to see our beautiful student Esme, back to Greece for the Gala then back to London. After a week and a half of exams and festivals I shall fly to Monaco to see my other beautiful RBS student Elodie at Princess Grace Montecarlo summer school, back for a little more of london then we travel as a group of 21 to dance in Italy (with my children in tow too!) Cor! What an exciting few weeks ahead! ✈️💓🩰✨🎉

The Royal Ballet school summer performances 2025…with my beautiful student Elodie now coming to the end of year 8. Wow, the stage is just bursting with talent from the incredible children gracing it through to the outstanding teachers, choreographers and rehearsal directors working with them. It’s so amazing to watch the levels from year 7 upwards and how they develop each year. Massive well done to one and all, pure magic! ###
