Inspire Ballet & Dance School offers unique dance training & enjoyment for children & adults across London.Founded by the infamous “Mrs Samantha” Inspire Ballet & Dance is run by inspirational teachers who have a desire to produce inspirational dancers! Whether nursery ballet, adult beginner or advanced level; all classes are conducted in a highly professional manner & carefully tailored to suit t

he students within the class. To assist varied dance artistry & skill, both syllabus & non syllabus classes are offered. There is a strong classical focus within the school however various dance genres are available. For profound dance training…or simply a spot of fun!...please do get in touch! Amazing holiday dance workshops & Ballet Parties also offered. Ballet, tap, modern/jazz, contemporary, ballroom/latin dance, musical theater on the way!!

What a beautiful week of auditions at the Royal Ballet School, my heart was so warm to see the children go in nervous but excited and come out beaming with pride and ecstatic with the joy of the audition. The Royal make the children so welcome and offer such a supportive experience, they really are the best! I took full advantage of being next door to Pineapple Dance Studios and getting my rusty joints moving in some very sweaty but exhilarating classes too- Anna Du Boisson teaching with John on the piano 🔥 ❤️✨🥊🩰 so good to dance myself and be inspired for our return to term! X

A beautiful day at White Lodge, The Royal Ballet School, watching our gorgeous Esme in class on the Spring Intensive and an array of other classes, led by superb teachers top of their game. I love coming back here year after year, behind what used to be such firmly closed doors, reflecting on my own teaching, seeing the top students of the moment and always feeling grateful and proud of the Royal Ballet School system, for moving with the times and looking after the dancers in their classrooms, whether for a temporary intensive programme or in their main training. great to see you too and how perfectly and brilliantly skilled you are- perfect fit, what lucky students, thanks for all you give them. ###.

Today, our absolutely stunning Elodie starts at White Lodge, the Royal Ballet School. 1400 students auditioned for her year alone. Just 15 were chosen. Elodie being one of these! This is the absolute ultimate and I know you are going to excel more than your wildest dreams. They are so lucky to have you and you them. GOOD LUCK DARLING! ✨🩰🎈🥰

On an important side note for all those who catch panorama tonight. As well as a lifetime in the dance word, specific to ballet. I have spent the past number of year personally investigating and comparing the state of elite ballet training in the UK and comparing with experiences of equivalent abroad (with a specific focus on the Royal Ballet School, spending close to 4 weeks between their upper& lower schools this summer, in their classroom observing full days first hand with sometimes only me in the room)& though I will not want to take away any value of the upset caused to the ex ballet students in question in the programme, I can utterly say hand on heart the English training system and especially the Royal Ballet School do absolutely have their students holistic wellbeing at heart and they look after their dancer like no other school I have experienced & better than many schools have historically. Additionally compared to what I have experienced and learnt overseas, we are incredibly caring and the RBS are actually pioneers with their student wellbeing.

I also know many of the teaching faculty at the Royal Ballet School and they are caring human beings as well as phenomenal teachers.

There will always be some old school taints in the aesthetic world of ballet & there will always be struggles with rejection in the field and sensitive body issues but I after my recent summer of study, unlike panorama’s take, I am incredibly excited for the future or UK trained ballerinas - for their improved mental and physical health, and am super proud to be associated with the elite schools of England.

24/30hrs of ballet completed so far in 4 days…6 more hours to go tomorrow, then I’ve made it through a double intensive at the Royal Academy of Dance Global HQ London…actually dancing myself rather than teaching! Utterly, utterly fulfilling and brilliant. Utterly invigorating (even if I am much alike a granny when at home). Overflowing with enthusiasm and understanding to share with my school and students in September 💥❤️🩰✨

I literally don’t know where to start! All I can say is my heart is bursting having had the opportunity to dance in Biarritz whilst out researching the International Summer school there. What an incredible place brimming with opportunity, I’ll be coming with students next year for certain. Back to the Royal Ballet in Covent Garden tomorrow, then a full week at the RAD HQ next week. Anyone waiting on admin, hang in there, between all these ventures I’ll squeeze you in soon 🤣🙌✨🩰🥰 (dancing photo credit to David Herero)

So many amazing things to shout about but so busy doing them there’s barely time to shout!! A proper catch up from our school trip to dance in Italy, our brilliant ballet exam results, astounding tap & modern results soon: in the meanwhile a snapshot of my current days at the legendary White Lodge, The Royal Ballet School on a teacher observation programme here. I can’t tell you how at home I feel when in this incredible environment and how every minute of every class I experience confirms this is what I was born for. ♥️✨🩰 next week I’m back at the upper school in Covent Garden, then to research a dance summer school in Biarritz, then the RAD HQ for 6hrs a day dancing myself!!! ☄️ bringing this all back for the students in September, can’t wait!
