l and personal development of students and prepare them to go into further education or to lead a successful career. Ensuring that the most modern techniques are taught to enhance the students' training that they receive at their local dance school. Attracting and ensure that it's faculty members are of the highest calibre and that are currently still working themselves in West End Productions and Dance Companies from around the world. Faculty members have included current or former members of Royal New Zealand Ballet, Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo, Rambert Dance Company, Chantry Dance Company, and Matthew Bourne's New Adventures, Cabaret, Cats, A Chorus Line, Fame, Singin' In the Rain, Grease, and Les Miserables.
