So great to be back in the kitchen planning for the year ahead and cooking for some lovely tastings these last few weeks.

- lemon meringue tart
- vegan smoked carrot & cassis rye crostini
- Cornish cod with chicken cider cream & mussels
- Chorizo croquettes with pineapple
- Salt cod fritters with preserved lemon & caper salsa
- Octopus with red pepper sauce & crispy pastry

The devil is in the detail 🌟 As a relatively small catering company, we are able to get to know our clients and create those special touches just for them.

1. Whipped caramelised butter. This bride had collected slates from the top of the mountain upon which her Dad’s ashes were scattered. We came up with the idea of using them as butter dishes.

2. A bespoke canapé tray using the bride and groom’s invitation.

3. Mango chilli paneer. Part of a bespoke menu we devised for an Indian wedding.
