So great to be back in the kitchen planning for the year ahead and cooking for some lovely tastings these last few weeks.
- lemon meringue tart
- vegan smoked carrot & cassis rye crostini
- Cornish cod with chicken cider cream & mussels
- Chorizo croquettes with pineapple
- Salt cod fritters with preserved lemon & caper salsa
