Happy Earth Day from Evolution London! 🌍

Today, we’re celebrating the steps we’ve made towards making our events more sustainable and the collective impact we’ve made along the way.

Over the past few months, we’ve been proud to support both local communities and global causes through a range of incredible initiatives.

🤱 Partnered with to create ‘New Mum Kits’ for women in need  🌍 Provided 107 girls in Africa with dignity packs & health education via   🍱 Donated 7.56 tonnes of surplus food and 56 volunteer hours to   💸 Raised over £60,000 through our Green Levy since its introduction, supporting global causes via   🌳 Reached 150,000+ life-changing impacts — from planting trees to fighting period poverty

Get to know Shilpa!

Say hello to Shilpa, our brilliant Senior Event Account Manager here at Evolution London.
Shilpa joined the team in March 2022, bringing over six years of industry experience and a clear passion for delivering seamless, high-impact events. Her love for the industry started early — planning school events in sixth form and interning at an events agency after university confirmed she was on the right path.

If Shilpa is assigned as your Event Account Manager, she’ll be your main point of contact from the moment your event is confirmed right through to delivery — ensuring a smooth planning process and answering any questions along the way.

The Pub Industry’s Big Night Out at Evolution London 🍻

On March 26, Evolution London once again played host to the Publican Awards 2025 – the pub industry’s biggest night of the year! With 1,448 guests in attendance and the fabulous Claudia Winkleman as our new host, the evening celebrated the very best operators across the UK’s thriving (and resilient!) pub and bar sector.

From brand takeovers to standout bar activations, our versatile reception area was buzzing with energy thanks to brilliant partners like White Claw, Smirnoff, Heineken, Jägermeister, Asahi, and more. This year, our mezzanine level was transformed into a dedicated low and no zone, spotlighting the rise of non-alcoholic alternatives and innovation in the drinks space.

Guests then moved into our main space for a seated dinner provided by our exclusive caterer, Moving Venue, with Molson Coors sponsoring the drinks service. What followed was an inspiring awards ceremony honouring those pushing boundaries in the industry – all topped off with an electric performance by the RPJ Band.

Last week at our 'Inspiring Stories' event in partnership with Speakers Corner, we transformed Evolution London into the perfect venue for a 200-guest theatre-style conference. The event opened with a breathtaking, Instagrammable silk performance by Duo Fusion, viewed from the mezzanine’s prime vantage point before guests took their seats for the conference.

TECH LED CONTENT

Technology is now at the core of how organisers foster engagement. Whether Augmented Reality (AR) or Virtual Reality (VR), cutting-edge tech-led experiences are finding a place at conferences, offering immersive ways to experience products or learn new skills. This was evident earlier this year when Evolution London hosted the Adobe MAX conference, bringing together 1,500 guests for a day filled with inspiration, networking, and learning. The event format included a Creative Park Expo featuring sponsor stands and Adobe activations, a keynote session by the renowned Louis Theroux, and multiple afternoon breakout sessions. Evolution London’s exclusive in-house AV partner, Encore, ensured an extensive and complex technical infrastructure was delivered with stunning design and visuals, lighting, sound, video, set design, and a very swift build!

“Remember, remember the 5th of November…”

Over the weekend, Battersea Park came alive as over 100,000 people from our neighborhood and beyond gathered to commemorate Bonfire Night, marking the historic day in 1605 when the Gunpowder Plot was foiled, preventing Guy Fawkes’ attempt to destroy Parliament.

Did you know? This year’s extraordinary fireworks display was once again designed and executed by Titanium Pyrotechnics—the creative team behind the Mayor of London’s 2023 & 2024 New Year’s Eve celebrations and the 2022 Commonwealth Games.
