Our admin is nothing short of sleek 🤓 once you have booked via our website, you receive countdown emails until the big day, offering tips & advice. The week before your party, the system asks you to re-edit your initial booking form to make sure the info is all still accurate and then we get in touch with you the week of your booking personally to go over the details one more time; you can never be too thorough ! 🙂
With Giggle, you are in the safest or hands, from start to finish & we are so proud of what we’ve built! ☺️

For a start, the admin is airtight - you know exactly where you are, every step of the way, with what to expect - and how to prepare, before the Big Day arrives. On the day itself, when the mermaid and princess arrived, they were “on” from the get go, engaging with my daughter, whilst working hard to prep the space, and get all their props ready for action. They were so lovely with every single little guest, making everyone feel involved - and were incredibly warm, and professional, throughout. Their energy was amazing - and they made hard work look effortless. Highly recommend this company!
