Pantone have announced their colour of the year for 2023: PANTONE 18-1750 Viva Magenta.

What do you think?

I love using warm reds for weddings, especially for winter weddings. So many lovely flowers come in this colour range.

Today is a very special day in the Stylish Events calendar.

It's the 19th Wedding Anniversary of our very first clients, lovely Hannah and Giles.

Married at St George's Chapel, Windsor Castle. We were so lucky to have our very first wedding at a Royal Palace.

Much has changed in the wedding planning world since this wedding, but one thing will never change - it's an honour to be part of such a special day in our client's lives.

Hi Everyone, a little non-wedding related post 😊.

I am now in the final week of my "20 Mile Swim for Happy Paws" and so far I have managed to do 15.02 miles – only 4.98 miles to go!

I’m back swimming in open water in the docks of Canary Wharf. I’ve been lucky with the weather, but the water is still very cold and quite a change from the heated swimming pool at my gym.

Swimming in open water has meant that I can swim for longer though and I’ve managed to do 4 laps of the circuit each time, which is 2000 metres (1.25 miles) three times a week.

To reach my target of 20 miles by Friday 18th June I will need to do four swims this week, which is challenging, but I think (hope) it's doable.

Jake and Dan came out to support me this week 💝.

THE SUN IS SHINING 🌞.

This weekend, finally, it feels like Summer has arrived in the UK - Yay!
We are so hopeful that from 21st June weddings, as we have always known and loved them, will be back and couples will be able to celebrate with their family and friends.
These lovely images are taken from a wonderful wedding we organised back in 2014 for L&J.
The sun was shining, the champagne and strawberries were flowing as 120 guests enjoyed a punt ride down the River Cam.
