A fully wired cascade bridal bouquet, including the most stunning phalaenopsis orchids with gorgeous nude neutral toned roses.

Hollywood Glamour was the flower brief and I love the process of creating a fully wired cascade or teardrop bouquet.
.
Each flower stem is cut and individually wired and then reconstructed to create a bridal bouquet. Wired bouquets are labour intensive, take skill and hours to create but always a dream when a bride loves this style.
This past week I have had a rewarding week teaching flower workshops at Anstee Bridge with young people in Year 11 and Year 10.
.
Each student created an amazing arrangement using these beautiful vibrant Spring flowers. Including Hyacinth, Ranunculus, Mimosa, Craspedia, Clematis and much more.
Bright yellow for happiness and sunshine and warm pink for confidence, energy and positivity. We used eco friendly mechanics of chicken wire in a container with fresh water.

Anstee Bridge is a charity that supports young people, facing emotional and mental challenges. Building confidence through art with a creative learning programme.

Thank you @anstee_bridge for inviting me in to run these workshops as part of your gratitude project sessions. At the end of each session students excitedly took photos of their own florals before gifting them to key members and staff within the local community that kindly support Anstee Bridge. It was wonderful to see the students creativity and the different styles of each floral design.

Such a positive week and so proud of each and every young person.
