This morning I arrived to deliver a Birthday Bouquet. At the same time a well known flower delivery service was attempting to deliver a box of flowers to the same address . The courier knocked on the door then dropped the box outside on a very wet path and was off. Obviously he was busy!!!!!
I arrived at the door just as a lady was picking up a very wet soggy gift.
With a big smile and a verse of Happy Birthday I gave the lady her beautiful arrangement, I spent a little time asking her how she would be spending her special day wishing her a lovely time. she in turn thanked me for the Beautiful Bouquet and for singing to her .

So how would you prefer to receive a Bouquet?
With the Personal touch from a local Florist who takes time out of a busy day to wish you a lovely day and sing a verse of Happy birthday or a delivery guy that's far too busy for that!!!!@

If you are a parent/guardian and your child/children walk past Our Flower Shop @ WELL HALL FLORIST
before/after school or during the school holidays - if they ever feel unsafe, threatened or just nervous - please let them know, All they need to do is come to the door, and ask if Mabel is working, That will alert us that they need assistance.
We will call their parent/guardian and they can wait with us until they arrive.

We have internal and external CCTV.
