The ploughman's gets a summer makeover.

Although we're big fans of the traditional pub favourite, the warmer weather has us craving something a little lighter. Our chef director Mark has created two fabulous alternatives, each offering a fresh, modern twist.

The smoked fish version swaps out traditional meats for delicately smoked mackerel, crayfish, baked salmon, pesto king prawns, premium smoked salmon and roasted vegetables served alongside crusty sourdough for a seafood lover's paradise.

The vegetarian option balances ricotta stuffed chilli peppers, chargrilled artichoke hearts, mozzarella with sun-dried tomatoes, herbed feta, and marinated olives rounded off with both fresh and roasted vegetables. Both versions keep the spirit of the original but offer a cleaner, more vibrant take that’s as satisfying as it is refreshing. Which one would you choose?
