This week is National Butchers Week. Celebrated every year, on the first full week of March, this awareness event is used to celebrate and recognise the craftsmanship, history and importance of the skilled butcher.
From traditional craft butchery to innovation in
sustainable and ethical farming, this week is a tribute to the expertise and dedication that butchers bring to the table.
